Discussion I hated Radhima but now...
I'm a musician myself so I feel qualified enough to talk about this.
Radhima, when it first came out, I wasn't a fan.
It felt inspired a lot by a few of Sai abhyankar's previous songs.
And I also did this thing where I'd skip the song when it would come in reels as a way to avoid exposing myself to the song constantly or else I wouldn't know if I genuinely liked it or it was because I was just exposed to it a lot.
Time has passed since the release of the song and tonight I decided to play it once, put my earphones on, the house is quiet everyone's sleeping it's 1 am and I'm listening to the song.
Took me back to my ex, who did leave me and break my heart a few years back.
And idk why but the chords spoke to me, the tune spoke to me, the lyrics spoke to me. Suddenly I was invested in the song, the arrangements and the overall architecture of it.
There is a trace of all his previous songs in this song, I'm not going to deny that, but it also has its own identity in some way and I was able to appreciate it tonight.
I was able to feel the song. I wanted to be drunk so badly and amplify what I felt for this song lol cuz I'm sure I'd be on a cloud somewhere.
So damnit Sai you've done it again, keep going and I'm excited to see what he comes up with next.
