I Guess I'm the New Mod Now, and Other Important Things.
After a series of strange events, I have somehow now become the mod of this subreddit. A few things to address first:
- Please don't spam advertise this subreddit on other subs. The previous mod did this on some other subreddits and it got them banned from them. This line of behaviour will only lead to this sub and its members being looked upon negatively by the rest of the ESO community and other ESO-related subreddits.
- It's understandably frustrating that this community hasn't "exploded" and become a huge thing yet. However, it's important to understand that it's early days. These things don't happen overnight. It's wise to be patient.
- I will likely add some rules to this subreddit soon to help make it more focused. I have never run a subreddit on my own, and I have work commitments in my real life, so please bear with me.
- I will also very likely bring on some other mods at some point to help get this place going. I will also look into getting someone with CSS skills so the sub can look pretty. Please understand that none of this will happen immediately as my free time isn't that great.
Keep on designing cool looks and posting them. I love what I've seen so far and I genuinely want to see this place take off. The best way to do that is to keep posting.

Regarding Post Approval Times
Hi there,
I'm sure some of you are aware that your posts/comments may not always be showing up immediately. I understand that this is frustrating but unfortunately a while back there was a situation where the original creator of the sub (who gave it up) kept spamming the sub with a bunch of unrelated and sometimes vile NSFW material after he abandoned it.
They continued to do this on new accounts after I banned his original one. Unfortunately this meant I had to implement some restrictions that involved filtering posts by users with low comment/post karma to the modqueue in order to manually review and approve them.
Which, in theory, seems like a good idea. Only, I'm the only mod. And some personal stuff came up recently which resulted in hindering my ability to approve things in a timely manner.
I apologise sincerely about this. I have been getting around to approving everything when I can. For now, I will loosen the restrictions somewhat, which will hopefully alleviate this somewhat.
I'll look into bringing on some new mods when I have time to vet people.
Thanks again for using this sub, and I hope you all have a wonderful day!
-- Drew

Mourning the Death of BioWare, Have A Few of My Dragon Age OCs in ESO
Learning that BioWare has finally been destroyed by EA broke my heart, especially in the midst of a fixation on Dragon Age. I know it’s not the same people that made the original Dragon Ages, Mass Effect or even KOTOR but this still stings bad.
Anywho as a eulogy, here are a handful of my DA OCs I made in ESO in the order of images (don’t gotta read the lore since it’s not TES, can just gander at the outfits):
Quintus, enslaved from childhood and groomed to be an assassin within a sect of blood mages under a Tevinter Magister, Quintus is a man stunted in humanity but excellent in the spheres of mortality. Forced to turn on one of his own and subsequently framed as an insurrectionist, he finds himself branded a traitor by the very institution that moulded him into a weapon.
Thomasina “Tamsin” Cyne, forcibly claimed from an Elven maidservant, Tamsin was raised as a ward of the Chantry and trained as a Templar before leaving the Order due to a moral crisis after her tenure at a Circle. Instead she turned to bounty work to fund her crippling reliance to Lyrium.
Chantae d’Auberon, the youngest scion of a dubious Orlesian noble house, Chantae breathes chivalry and valour aspiring to rise above the reputation of her house and step out of the shadow cast by her banished Chevalier brother. She strives for the greater good whilst battling with her venomous upbringing.
Mirthadras of Clan Nuvenis, a senior Dalish hunter who willingly took on a lycanthropic curse to spare his younger clanmates from a dangerous relic. Now host to a Demon of Hunger, he uses his condition to safeguard his people and their lands. Having made peace with the wolf decades ago, he remains a jovial, easygoing man who delights in life’s simple pleasures, a disposition shared by the beast within.
“Handsome”, overran whilst fighting in a hopeless militia to save his village during the Fifth Blight, the man before Handsome died and roamed mindlessly as a tainted ghoul. Amongst the few to be “awakened” by the Architect, a sense of self and will returned and with that the persona of the dashing rogue “Handsome” was born.

Redguard/Yokudan Ithelia!
Also sorry if it looks little weird. I edited the Tava's Golden Gaze on her eyes, while she also has the Netchspot Abstraction Face Marks(you can only have one head marking at a time, so I alternated between the two too and took screenshots of both and then edited the screenshots so. 😅😅 I also used the Netchspot Abstraction Body Marks as well. I also used the Windjammer Braids and Curly Tresses hairstyles. Finery of Elegant Chaos with Pristine Moon Crescent Style.
I might add the welkynar style later for her armor(thoughts tho about that? I also kinda based her off of the Leo zodiac as well).

New hats
New mask motif from the solo dungeons have a great look, using it on my Bosmer now. You can get these by doing at least 2/3 debuffs rarely.

Another AU/Alternate Ithelia I made! A Snow Elf one this time! :D
I have the Azure Ombre hairstyle, Arctic Rime Skin, Dark Queen's Sight, Dragon Cult Piercings, Mirrormoor Memory Face Marking, and Mirrormoor Memory Body Marking. Also Finery of Elegant Chaos(I think I uses the Transliminal Violet dye on it) with the Aetheriusbound Style.

ESO/Diablo Arch-Ångel Tyrael. Templar
People liked the last Archangel build, so figured I’d add another. I forgot to get pics of the Anu Recall/weapons to go with it, may upload an updated version later on. Plus the lighting made the gold look dead haha

Maarselok Slayer helm woes
I absolutely love the detail and shape of the metal part of the maarselok slayer helm.
What I don't love is the bright purple scales (even though maarselok is of a much deeper blue colour, but that's besides the point) that are all over the armour, making it basically impossible to use with other styles since it stands out so much. It just feels so unnecessary.
I find the dragon gear, like ancient dragon hunter, legendary dragon hunter, elder Dragon Hunter gear, skyterror, and jade-crown armour to be so detailed compared to almost everything else that ZoS puts out yet they are consistently ruined by undyeable, unmatchable scales.
ESO is great when it comes to fashion but I feel like the game is sorely lacking when it comes to good-looking full-helmets that aren't overly fantastical.

Identification help needed
Does anyone know, if the chest piece/whole outfit is available? And if so, which style it is?

My costume
It wanted to do something unique and came up with half Sheogorath and half Jyggalag.

Harbinger Glass Staff
I've put together a new outfit for my sorceress, Diana Peregrinus. Well... actually, it's a variation of the first one, because I really like the overall design, but I'm not 100% satisfied yet. But fashion is a constant process, and I love the Harbinger Glass Staff, an elegant weapon for a more civilized era. It fits so wonderfully with the Sorcerer class and it's crystal shards and the soulstone color scheme.

Help with Telvanni Fashion
Saw this drawing of a Telvanni and tried to copy it.
Any suggestions? Or the way it is looks fine?
