For those who see synchronicities all day, everyday for years/decades did you ever became frantic about it? Did you ever get used to it?

Guy that "introduced" me to synchronicities and was frantic about it for over two decades seem to just find it funny nowadays.

A bit over a decade ago, he sent me emails, texts, cds about his projects to explain it. He also seemed to give up on jobs/school. However, at the time I read it but did not see any synchronicities.

However just in a few years it ramped up, and went from once every week to every few days, eventually to everytime I step out of the house to now in literally everything.

Yesterday, we decided to go hang out at an eatery. I told him this place kept on playing correlating songs the last time I went there, including this one:

"I always feel like somebody's watching me
And I have no privacy
Woh, I always feel like somebody's watching me
Tell me is it just a dream?"

Around that time and thereafter, my reddit posts revolve around subjects of synchronicities, seemingly being watched, and dreams.

When went there, they ironically played the song repeatedly, 2 times nearly back to back (so it's not a loop). The first time, I told him he went no comment and kept eating. The 2nd time the song went up, I told him see, they played it again, and very close to eachother.

He just started to laugh and say, "Yeah, maybe they want to let you know they are watching you".

He is also pretty superstitious where he would flick his fingers around his food and drink between every few bites, either to clear curses, or bless his food/drink. He started doing it very frequently. To others and some might commented before that it looks not normal to do that.

Some guys walked in wearing a "mental health" shirt right around the time the guy was flicking his fingers left and right. The group stopped right in front of the walking pathway where we can see, turn his back, so I can see mental health.

Within that short timespan, a few more synchronicities: a group walked in and casually mentioned an area about 4 hours away from this area that someone told me they were going to just a day prior. They talked pretty loud and had to stand next to us when there was a lot of other space to stand next to. I started to tell the guy I was with to look in certain directions to see what I am pointing out, and it seems he was just relaxing rather than being freaked out like he used to.

Do you think he actually got used to it despite seing more? Down playing it maybe because he doesn't want to incite more panick to me?

There were a couple times before where I was with him, and I had to leave abruptly because of too many synchronicities, (including once where I called out a guy wearing a shirt with my family member's full name, nothing aggressive, just basically saying - very funny guys, why you have to do that) so maybe he thought I was going to do that if he was also showing too much concern.
