So I got the game today and was wondering how well tennis would work with a real racket. After a minute or so I figured out the best way to keep it attached with just the strap and it literally doesn't wiggle at all. I'd say it's about 90% accurate for the actual hit I'm trying to make but I think that just might be game accuracy cause Ik the motion controls aren't perfect. But they're good enough to make this work really well and it's actually a good workout if you're doing this for like 30 minutes!

Just be careful it's tight and not gonna fly off and hit someones head or your TV screen 😭

I believe my switch was stolen because anytime I try to download a digital software, the system wants me to bring my previous switch close so I can link them.

My stolen switch has a different name but they are still playing on my account because they renamed the device “Switch de sebas” but didn’t log out or create a new account.

Is there literally anything I can do? I kinda want to try and get it back because I have been in turmoil for so long that I tore apart my house to find it to no avail.

Just a thought: Could I purchase Nintendo online, and see if they would play online and track an IP or IPS?

Any chance of snagging one of these like a month or two after the release day or is it going to be once they are gone the only place to get them is secondary market?

I’ve bought a Switch 2 for the family for Christmas, it’s going to be played by two adults and a 7 yo boy. I’ll be getting my 7 year old a couple of games for Christmas and his birthday shortly after.

I’ve broken the game ideas down to: racing game, platform game, life sim and family/party.

These are my thoughts:

Racing game:
Mario kart 8 deluxe

Platform game:
Kirby and the forgotten land

Life sim:
Pokopia

Family:
Super Mario party Jamboree (or sports resort - do have it on Wii though but love it!)

Also, thinking of getting husband a rpg: Zelda BOTW? And myself Tomodachi Life

Should I keep my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch 2 or buy the new one?

Will I have possible compatibility issues in terms of the buttons when playing new Switch 2 games or will they all work just as well as on the new one besides that game chat button?

I'd rather keep the old one and save the money if that's an option.

Like above says, my switch won't connect to my 5ghz hotspot on my Android anymore. At somepoint my hotspot got switched to 2.4g to do things for my ds or something, turned back over to 5ghz for a download on the switch and now im getting multiple different error codes and when connected to the 2.4 band its barely using and data though the hotspot.

Tried changing all the reccomended settings for the 5ghz like turning off ipv6, Dns, bumping mtu up, clearing caches on both devices and checking hidden network visibility, but I've yet to trouble shoot the 0 download speed and errors when testing connection looked for solutions as these came up along the way trouble shooting the 5ghz issue

So I accidentally bought FC26 the Switch 2 instead of the Switch 1, it was £16 2nd hand but when I searched for it on the switch 1 the prices are silly, £30-£40 2nd hand.

Is there any reason why the prices are so high for an older console game. It's only for my son as he's getting into football games.

Upon looking at this I have come to the understanding that FC26 is terrible on the Switch 1, the only reason I'm looking at the game is he downloaded the demo version.

Think I'll buy him an older version as he doesn't care or follow it enough for the latest players on particular teams.

Here is the deal: I already finished game once and now played it 2nd time to get another ending, I have a two profiles cause I often give console to my friend. So, when I launch Undertale a accidentally choose the wrong profile, and now when i start the game with the right one, it acts like I start the game first time. What even happen and is there any solve to this problem? My switch is moded if it matters.

Hey everyone! I started to run into an issue with my Nintendo Switch cartridges and was hoping y'all can help me understand what is going on.

So I have a couple of physical Switch games, that come with their respective 1.0 versions. Some of these games have huge updates that take over a lot of my console's storage and I want to play the games without having to install the updates. I was thinking if I delete them so that my Switch can play the base game from the cartridge, but everytime I try to open my Switch games while they have no update I keep bumping into a message that says:

"A software update is required. Update data will be downloaded now."

If I press cancel, it simply does not let me play the game. If I press download, it tries to install the update and there isn't an option available that says "Play without updating". Is there any way I can play my games from the cartridge with no updates without having to factory reset my console??
