I can't even explain how much improvement I've noticed in my behavior and mindset😭 I've started looping one sub at a time overnight, and the best part is that my other manifestations have started coming in faster too because my self concept has changed. Also, the craziest part is this person who I couldn't get over for two years, contacted me yesterday after I'd been looping her move on sub lol we were 6 months no contact, and of course they always come back when you finally decide to move on 😭 The most important thing is that when it happened, I genuinely felt nothing. I really feel like it's over, like they've completely lost all the power they once had over me. I feel cured? Like I can control my emotions better, I'm not overthinking everything like I used to. I also started with therapy last week and I feel so hopeful after a very long time. Anyway, I just wanted to share my story and spread the word about this absolute GOAT, and maybe help someone who's struggling with their results or mental health

Im going to try and keep this brief. So I had something happen to me yesterday that I was not happy about at all even though I knew it was coming. Despite the situation I just couldn't get myself to accept it. Surprisingly although the situation was quite bad I didn't panic (I used to get anxious over everything but ever since I started meditation and getting into spirituality and everything relating to manifestation,loa etc it's gotten significantly better even in the worst scenarios). Long story short, I was surfing through reddit yesterday and found a post on how to make your own subliminal. I use subliminals from specific YouTube channels but have never made my own although I had been wanting to for a while simply because of the annoying ads in YouTube and also because I've heard it's just better in alot of cases because it's safe and made with your own intention. So I decided I will finally make my own. I followed the instructions mentioned in the post and made my own subliminal. When I was done it was about 2:50 in the afternoon. I started playing it on loop in the background anytime I got the chance the whole day while I did other work. At night I like to meditate in bed (with the intention to reach void state). So last night I played my own subliminal while I meditated instead of the YouTube ones (I usually overwhelm myself with what to play each night and can't stay consistent with one but having my own sub helped with that). I'm quite good at and enjoy meditating so I instantly went to this relaxed peaceful and meditative state despite my 3d circumstances. I felt this sensation like I'm floating. I like to repeat "I am" in my mind while meditating so I kept doing that and repeating a few of my affirmations along with it. I eventually fell asleep. This morning I got a call at around 8 confirming my manifestation/ the thing I desired and made the subliminal for. The thing I wanted in logical sense would be "impossible". I can't say what it is due to personal reasons but it's related to school and my transcripts which was finalised months and months ago. I feel as though all my problems have ended because this thing solved so many of the things that was burdening me. I'm so happy and I just wanted to share this post for anyone who's going through a difficult time because it will get better.

Besides my manifestation coming true, after the thing that I didn't want happened yesterday I felt almost this feeling of certainty in myself that no matter what I'll always get out of my problems and have things work out for me despite feeling unhappy about the situation. I knew and kept telling myself it wasn't the end of the world and maybe it was also my mindset and mentality that helped me get this outcome. I do believe the subliminal helped too.

It’s been a while since I’ve used my own subliminals. I made a bunch last year and I decided to use one of them for about 2 hours as I slept. I knew it was a beauty sub but I forgot its contents since it had an emoji as the title and no description. I woke up and forgot about it. people have different brains and respond well to different kinds of affirmations and methods. just because someone got great results doesn’t mean you will, and vice versa with negative experiences.

can you imagine how crazy it would sound if we tried to make anything else a universal rule?

i’m sure there have been one or two people who genuinely put harmful affirmations in their subs. however, it’s escalated to the point where people have a bad experience and assume it was because of negative intent rather than just random chance.

yes, maybe you listened to a sub and had a nightmare because the creator is putting spells on you, sure, but maybe the song used subconsciously reminds you of a bad time in your life, or maybe you just don’t respond well to the frequencies used, or maybe there were affirmations for suggestibility and you were scrolling social media as you listened and the algorithm served you a few negative posts and it affected you worse than normal. there’s so many more explanations that i can possibly list here. in most cases, you’re just placebo-ing yourself into having negative results from subliminals that were otherwise harmless.

the same is true backwards btw. every week someone here posts some great results and the first thing people wanna know is who’s the creator, what’s the playlist, which subliminal did you listen to. when other factors like mindset or their listening habits would be way more helpful. then everyone becomes obsessed with the latest trending sub until a new one comes along, who’s definitely better than the last and will for sure give you crazy results this time.

in truth, most subliminals work the same. and most subliminal creators are equally talented and making the exact same stuff with a different packaging. rather than looking to other people’s experiences, it would be way more helpful to figure out what works for YOU. just pick an affirmation style you like and find a video that’s pleasant to listen to. consistency and mindset matter way more than finding the “perfect” or “most powerful” subliminal, not that anything of the sort actually exists.
