I have a stone over bar for reps event coming up and I want to know how if these are going to help me or just be a waste of time. And what other accessories could I do to be prepared on the day

Where is Mike Bartos?

Want to order some strongman equipment from him but his website is down plus he's not answering any of his social media. Other people seem to have had similiar accounts last couple months. Anyone able to get ahold of him?

Slipping and Sliding on AstroTurf

I have been struggling with finding the right shoes for heavy sled pushes. I tried indoor soccer shoes today and were much better than all of my other shoes and work boots but once I hit 250kg my feet just slide constantly on the astroturf. Any recommendations?

110 KG / 242lbs Atlas Stone to 95 CM Platform | Tackyless πŸ”₯

100 kg. 95 cm platform. No tacky. Just me, a slippery concrete ball and some questionable life choices. πŸ—ΏπŸ’€

Tackyless Atlas Stone lift to a 95 cm platform. Getting one step closer to making heavy rocks look slightly less ridiculous. The transition is work in progress - kinda slippery. I guess I have to work on that transition.

Question to the community: is a 110kg / 242lbs tackyless Atlas Stone Lift a good benchmark. Weighting around 78-80kg.

I’ve never competed in any strength sport, but am planning to compete in three months. Here I practiced sandbag loading and the log press. Any tips?

115 KG Husafell Sandbag Carry for 20 Meters πŸ’ͺ #strongman #cerberusstrength #strengthtraining

First proper session with my new 115 kg Cerberus Husafell Sandbag! πŸ”₯

Getting this beast onto the platform was the hardest part. Once it was up, the 20-meter carry felt surprisingly manageable! πŸ’ͺ

The pick was brutal, the walk was good. Time to get stronger and push the distance further! 😈

115 kg of awkward weight. Zero complaints from the sandbag. πŸ˜‚

It’s my first time posting on this channel - I hope you enjoy it! If you like it follow me on YouTube (https://youtube.com/@josefkerbl9288?si=TwZ2sLHBruzGCGAh )πŸ’ͺ
