Anyone knownhow to make this game work from steamrip after character creation it always return to main menu

Any idea if this will be fixed?

I tried to use fsr 4 on ghost of tsuhima via lsfg then my game crash im tempted to delete its comp data folder but to scared to lose my progress

Hello just wanted to ask if anyone was able to finish and play it without crash on steam deck? i always get crashes on the second level for spider-noir. Also what are needed to play it properly on steam deck?

I have headcrab + assela installed and I usually update steam through headcrab. Today, it's not working. I ran the updater but the slssteam apparently doesn't launch when the process is finished. I uninstalled and installed headcrab again but this doesn't fix the issue either. Help please?

Edit - What worked for me, is, completely uninstall headcrab from steam deck (steps included in uninstall steps on headcrab github). Then launch the steam, let it load completely and close it from the tray. Install headcrab again but this time, turn on VPN (my choice was Proton). That allowed the install steps to pass through without any issues. You can turn off the VPN after headcrab is installed.

With the influx of games being ported to webpages.

Issue: Pre-rendered cutscenes (like Gaia in the intro) play fine. However, as soon as real-time 3D geometry renders (starting right on the Main Menu screen), Kratos's character model collapses into a garbled, flat "sprite" mesh with floating or missing geometry.

​Things I've Already Tried: ​*Set render_resolution to 1080p in gow3.ini *​Tried toggling gpu_readback (Deferred vs Precise) ​*Tried launching both US (CUSA01623) and EU (CUSA01715) dumps ​*Deleted local runtime app state and ini files to force a clean boot ​*Tested RADV_PERF=noaccel launch options

Is this a known RDNA2 / RADV Vulkan vertex buffer readback issue on Linux, or is there a specific script or binary patch needed to map real-time mesh vertices correctly on Steam Deck?

Hi. So, many many moons ago, I bought the original Dead Space (2008) on my EA account and today I decided to attempt to play it on my Steam Deck but couldn't.

I downloaded the game onto my Windows PC and ran it without problems, and then copied the entire game folder over to the Steam Deck. I added the exe file to steam, selected Proton Experimental as compatibility. Normally, when I've copied files over this way I am able to launch games and just play. But with this one, it's says something like "Sorry, this game requires an Origin account to play"

So with that, I can see Proton Experimental compatibility seems to work. But, I thought this same could be played without the shitty EA account login etc. I do NOT want to install any EA launchers. Is there a way to bypass this on the Deck like typing something into the launch instructions etc? I can't believe a game from 2008 still wants access to Origin!!!

I’ve got it and tried it from multiple sources. I’ve been using proton GE11.7, I make sure to install the runtimes for like visual c++. have just had no luck whatsoever just getting it to even launch.

I'm trying to run Batman Arkham Asylum. I dowloaded from GOGUnlocked and moved the installation folder to my SD Card on my Steam Deck.

I set my Proton to GE-Proton11-7-x86_64 and I keep getting the error "To run this application, you must install .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.6 (x64)."

So my idea is to install .NET with Protontricks but I have no idea how to do that either.

Any help would be appreciated!
