QUESTION 34 male have these spots appearing everywhere even inside the nose

Could this be Staphacne or Mrsa or something else ? Have a dermatologist appointment but there booked for 3 weeks. Anything I can do until then?

Trimming your nose hairs, disinfecting inside your nostrils and ears, chlorhexidine as a body wash, and fluoride-based toothpaste/mouthwash, may bring relief or even provide a cure for those diseases.
