Description: Street Fighter landed well below estimates, normally this points to bad word of mouth

She showed up as the surprise Special Enforcer for the World Title match between Aaron Solo and Chazz Hall. Ref got knocked out and Bayley came out as an assist. Solo went to use the belt and she took it from him, Chazz took him out and Bayley counted. New champ!

Between Eugene and Darby they've directly worked with Hogan, Sting, Flair, The Great Muta, John Cena, Edge/Christian, Kenny Omega, Stone Cold, CM Punk, The Rock, Bryan Danielson, The Hardy's, The Dudleyz, Tetsuya Naito, Minoru Suzuki, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Batista, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Jimmy Snuka, and so many more.

Who are some other unlikely wrestlers who have brushed shoulders with a large amount of legends?

(when I say unlikely that's not a shot at either Darby or Eugene, they're both amazing entertaining wrestlers but don't fit the "main even legend" stereotype)

At the Ryogoku tournament in April of this year, he raised concerns about the promotion's extensive use of Will Ospreay's "return to Japan" match, and his stance remains unchanged. "If this continues, the fans will start to hope that 'another wrestler who went to AEW will come back,' and other wrestlers will think, 'Well, maybe I should too.' The G1 final and the main event at Ryogoku were fantastic, weren't they? Why don't we, New Japan, compete in this?"

With Ospreay and Kenny Omega's return confirmed, and MJF challenging Ryohei Oiwa, a large contingent of AEW wrestlers is on the move, and next year's January 4th Dome show is shaping up to be an "all-out war." However, Taichi offered his opinion, saying, "We've been fighting for a year, and is that really the culmination of it all? Are we working hard to defeat AEW? I don't want them to raise the white flag and say we don't have any star wrestlers who can draw a crowd to the Dome, and shouldn't we be showing a real fight between New Japan wrestlers? That's why I'm going to at least tear GLOBAL apart."

Definitely one of the brutal ones I’ve seen. From Lockdown 2006

Also, friendly reminder that SENDAI GIRLS is the best promotion in the world (and there is a dedicated subreddit, r/SENDAIGIRLS).

What is the booking decision that most confused you.

Not looking for answers like Triple H vs Booker T or Cena vs Nexus. You can see the logic or politics no matter how stupid or misguided they are behind a lot of these infamous decisions example: Triple H’s ego, a strong heel champion needed to feud with Goldberg, SuperCena going over to send the kids home happy.

For me, it’s Brock going over Roman in Wrestlemania 34. In eight years I never heard anything that explains this. We were all resigned to the fact that Roman was gonna get his coronation and be hard launched as the face of the company and then Brock went over clean confusing everyone.

Prevailing theory when it happened was they wanted the title change to happen in the first Saudi show but Roman lost there too. It finally happened at Summerslam and it wasn’t clean either because Brock got distracted by Braun Strowman trying to cash in Money In The Bank.

It’s not Brock politicking, he was furious at Vince and threw the title at him after the match which was caught on tape.

Vince did not lose faith in Big Dog Roman as he made him champion anyway but a few months later at Summerslam and he was set to have a long reign at least till the next Mania where he was set to face Dean Ambrose.

Why after shoving Roman hard down our throats did the “coronation” happen at Summerslam non-clean and after losing to Brock again and again rather than at Wrestlemania? Never been able to figure that out.
