Hi, I've been watching sissy hypno ever since early puberty, now I'm 22 years old and a few months ago I've started feminising HRT... I'm a trans woman. Sissy content didn't affect or "change" me, it was just the only outlet I had to explore fantasies that weren't possible in real life at the time.
I just wanted to write this because my whole teenage life I've been struggling a lot with the addiction to this type of content and struggling about my sexuality, attraction and probably identity. I've always been trying to quit this "lifestyle" but I never managed to. I just saw myself as a straight guy with a shameful fetish...
7 months ago, it really hit me, and I started actively questioning, "why tf am I like this?" And it was hard, but once I realized I'm actually trans, everything went extremely fast, and I was excited about life more than I've ever been... I started living as a woman for a while, just trying things out, testing out a female identity with friends, and it didn't take me long to decide I need to start taking hormones and doing HRT.
I've been on it for about 4-5 months now, and I must say, it was the best and most important decision of my life.
I won't say it's easy, and that it's all fun and games, but despite the difficulties, it is just correct and I feel incredibly good in my changing body and I'm just happy. There are severe mood fluctuations, I have had very harsh and deep depressive episodes, I have to constantly battle dysphoria and the image of myself and the struggle to trying to look as a girl... The external problems are very troublesome too, it varies highly by country, by family, etc. I still live with my parents so I had to tell them about the transition, it's hard when friends don't understand too... But despite all of that, I'm extremely happy and excited about the changes to come.
The biggest relief was when I realised that there is nothing wrong with me, and when I started with the transition I completely stopped watching this type of "Sissy" content because it lost all it's power over me. I wished I realized I was trans sooner, because there were massive signs and clues :D
I just wanted to write this, to just share my experience, and if you are in a similar situation where you're not sure about stuff, I just want to clarify that there is nothing wrong with you, and I encourage you to explore this possibility. I'm definitely not saying everyone here is trans or that you have to be, but this realization completely changed my life.
I'm fortunate enough that it was possible for me to start so early in life with hormone replacement and that my environment is somewhat accepting, but seeing myself turning into a girl day by day is just the best feeling in the world, and the biggest visual changes haven't even come yet 😿
If you're in a similar situation, feel free to message me if you want to talk or ask me about anything from my experience, I would be happy to share or answer anything! :D
