How can i be sure i got shadowbanned? My pc were infected by trojan virus and i lost all of my social media accounts. Including my reddit account. So i recovered my account back via account recovery. So my question is, how can i be sure am i got shadowbanned and how can i remove it?

Hi guys. About a month ago, I posted about getting banned again only three days after being lifted, after only a few upvotes and two normal genuine comments, all of which were carefully and slowly made at least a day apart from each other. Since then, every single one of my appeals were denied with the auto message. This is unlike the 3-month period of appealing for my first ban, during which I never received outright rejection or anything. I just want to ask if this is truly the end, and I shouldn't even bother appealing anymore? Really appreciate if I could get some advice from famous commenters in this sub.

i didnt received any msg or anything despite being real 7 year old user why i got banned pls check, and i made appear will my account become back ?

Been trying to suss out what I could've said that could have possibly gotten me shadowbanned. I made a joke about wanting to make a "your mom" joke but not wanting to piss off the mods. That's literally the worst I can think of 😑

I have checked and rechecked the pinned posts about reasons that I may have been shadowbanned, an issue that my account has been having since it was created. I'm throwing it out there to add my anecdote to the pile and maybe get it off my chest.

1. I made this account with a protonmail email address.

2. The email address has the words "alt" in it.

I thought it was a harmless reference, but either 2 on its own or in combination with 1, has had me appealing for months with no success.

Feel free to call me an idiot for not seeing how it looked, but it would be nice of you to drop some advice while you're at it.

I’m getting my posts removed by Reddit filters and my commenting gets restricted to every so minutes because of “Rate limit exceeded. Please wait 4 minutes and try again”.

Edit: When I try to follow the direction to send a message to Automoderator here, I get “You can't message that user.”

What are the best ways to word an appeal in 250 characters? Thank you in advance.

Banned ??

I got banned yesterday. I think I got unbanned. The profile pic was greyed out today its colourful again.

I got shadowbanned for more than a week and sent appeals daily, but I didnt even have an answer from reddit.

I wrote that i was sorry for comitting a mistake (if I did) and that i didnt think it was a right shadowban.

Now i sent a complaint to platform control, hoping thet fix it for me

I saw that my account is not suspended or restricted(If I am not mistaken) when I tried to appeal.
