My hair has started falling out!!

I've been receiving an injection of a GLP-1 and then the GLP-2 for about 6 months now and my hair has been falling out and quite a bit of it while washing it. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do or am I going to have to completely stop getting the injections? I absolutely love the weight loss but I'm not willing to sacrifice losing my hair to more weight loss. Anyone else experience this?

Non scale weight loss benefit: airplane comfort!

I have reached my goal weight, and I flew for the first time at my new smaller size.

90 pounds ago, I didn't need a seat belt extender but flying was so uncomfortable. My legs were restless, my spine hurt, it was so difficult to get settled and by the end my whole body hurts.

This time, wow. What a big difference! I had room to move around a little, my legs were totally fine, and I can cross them with ease. Being smaller has made flying so much less unpleasant, and it's a benefit i hadn't previously considered on my weight loss journey!

would it maybe be beneficial to change to 2 smaller doses per week?

I am on wegovy 1mg. cannot go higher, can't afford that, and doctor believes its better to be on 1 than nothing so cool here. but recently I am getting way hungrier in about 4-5th day, food noise returns with vengeance, and weight fluctuates up. I did not lose anything in around a month (and only 5-7kg from the start in June this year - yeah it fluctuate this much). wouldn't it be better to do two 0.5mg twice per week instead, to keep it under control longer? anyone tried this?

Late onset side effects

Just wanting to know if anyone else has had the same thing happen. I titrated up slowly over 6 months or so to 2.5mg injections, minimal side effects just a little bit of constipation. Stayed 2.5 for about 10 weeks until about week 11 I started getting terrible random bouts of stomach pain, either being constipated or near constant diarrhea. I decided to titrate back down to 1.7mg but am still having the same side effects. I'm thinking about titrating down again. Has anyone else experienced this?

Dose went to 1mg and I feel dead

Hi, this week my dose went from 0.5 mg to 1mg and I feel I've lost it. I'm not able to eat or drink. I'm having constant headache. It's affecting everything. I'm thinking of quitting. Not sure but I think I should quit. I'm done.

Absolutely done. It's been more than 24 hours but I'm still feeling horribly nauceous.

Confused and worried

Been on Semaglutide since over a year now and have lost more than 30kgs. Despite following the same food and movement patterns, I have not lost any weight since the last 4 months and feels like I have gained a few inches around my belly. On 14mg now. Started the medication due to Fibrosis and Diabetes and they are in good control. I know I need medical evaluation now but turning to the community to gain some clarity. The transformation was more mental than physical for me and now I am worried about how to keep it going.

2 years plateau

Hi! For context, I've been on and off sema for 2 years, I know that is the problem.

Started at 210 lbs. Down to 170 lbs at 2mg and abruptly quit in Jan 2026. Started last week at .25 mg and I'm currently at 182 lbs.

Give me some motivation and reminders pls!!!

Dysesthesia?

Anyone else experiencing dysesthesia and allodynia while on Ozempic? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially if you’ve had similar symptoms and they eventually went away!

I’m seriously considering switching from Ozempic to Mounjaro or Zepbound, but the cost difference is insane. 😩

When I increased to 1 mg, I started experiencing allodynia on the backs of my upper arms the day after my injections. This continued for about two months. Then, around three months into being on 1 mg, I started noticing strange sensations in the fingertips of my left hand.

It’s now been a month, and the sensations haven’t gone away. In fact, they’ve started spreading into the upper part of my forearm.

I want to describe it as numbness, but it’s not quite that. The sensation is difficult to explain, and although it isn’t painful, it’s definitely unsettling and enough to make me worry.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar while taking Ozempic? Did it eventually resolve on its own, or did you have to stop the medication or switch to something else?

I’d love to hear your experiences! ❤️

Starting back After 4 months

Hello,
I had been taking Ozempic at a dose of 1 mg for several months without any side effects. Everything was going well.
I had to stop taking it for four months following surgery. My surgeon gave me the go-ahead to restart it, but instead of starting again at a lower dose, I went straight back to 1 mg, yesterday.
For the past 24 hours, I’ve been experiencing nausea and vomiting.
Do you think I should have restarted at a lower dose, and could that be the reason I’m feeling so sick?

Semaglutide and weed gummies NSFW

I have a party tomorrow (Friday) and I really want to chill out with a gummy, but I'm not sure how the med is going to affect the absorption. Does anyone have experience? I dont want it to hit after like 6 hours.

Semaglutida Semavy

Sudden nights cravings !

I’ve been on Semaglutide for three months now I’m up to 1mg . I’ve lost 11 pounds so far. cravings were really under control no food noise. Suddenly on my 3 to 11 shifts the last four nights (I’m a nurse ) i’m finding myself lusting over the leftover food that the kitchen sends up for us. Like insane carb cravings. All day long I’m nauseous/ sluggish . I have no desire to eat much maybe a cup of food and forced snacks and protein drinks .

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m wondering if it’s because I’m working late at night?

How do you handle the daily scale swings? I switched to a 7-day average

I used to freak out over every weigh-in, up 2 lbs after a salty dinner, down 1 the next day. Lately I’ve been looking at the 7-day average instead of the daily number, and it’s calmed me down a lot because the trend is what actually matters.

Curious what others do. Do you weigh daily, a few times a week, or ignore the scale? And for those who have tapered or stopped, how did you decide when a gain was real versus normal fluctuation?

Feeling off.

I’ve had 5 injections of 0.5 Semaglutide since August 25th. At first the shots made me so tired and nauseous. I worked out how to get rid of the nausea and I have lost 5kg. However I feel kind of blah. I’m not really interested in doing much outside of home but I do make myself. I have continued to work out and eat healthy and I’m happy with the slow weight loss so far. I still have 5 more kg and I have given myself to the end of January. Overall I feel tired and fatigued even though I have been eating healthy foods. Does anyone else feel like this? I’ll be glad to reach my goal weight and go off this stuff so I won’t have the slow gut motility and fatigue.

ChatGPT told me to go to the ER because I can’t fart and haven’t pooped in 2 days

I have health anxiety and probably shouldn’t be talking to ChatGPT. Can someone ease my mind that I don’t have bowel obstruction like ChatGPT is telling me? I was on the highest dose the clinic prescribes, but I was constipated, feeling “Ozempic flu” and nausea so they told me to lay off for two weeks. Today was supposed to be injection day but I skipped. My nausea hasn’t subsided 100%, it’s more so at 25%.

Edit: I have a flight tomorrow. I don’t want to have a crazy bowel movement on the flight. I have chia seeds, magnesium citrate, and MiraLAX chews…
