Looking for honest feedback. How intense are the adult soccer leagues at the riverfront? I’m 40 and used to play college soccer, which was 20 odd years ago, but want to play to switch up my cardio routine… at the same time not looking to get slid tackle by an eager 24-year-old. Or does anyone know of age-bracket soccer leagues? Any feedback is appreciated.
