The raid is upon us, and evil CG has cast their last play with the mini-era.

On raid teams, 33 characters (short era last year, 4 full eras w Journey Guide, 1 more mini era, and the GLandalorian), I thought it seemed like a lot of tanks in there.

A distinction can be made between true tanks (tagged as such), and those having some tanking function despite not having the role assigned.

Counting I come to:

* Zuckus, true tank.

* IG-90, makes summon a decoy-tank.

* Maul8, Attacker who tanks.

* Vel, resilient defense support.

* KX droid, our favourite human splatterer.

* Zeb NR.

* SnowCom.

* SwordnBoardTrooper.

* Adelphi ranger. Rodian punching bag lives matter!

* B1 Merc droid Battalion tank.

7/33 are 'pure' tanks, 10/33 have some type of tank function.

To me, this is a surprising amount going into the raid.

Empire has 3 'true' tanks in here!

Risks making the raid slow due to lacking dmg output, or are 2 tank teams for the raid a good idea?

(Still the issue imo remains that many teams will need chars from different eras, which is another scumbag move by CG).

Is it Just Is it just me, or does Darth Jar Jar not really make that much of a difference? I have him and the other units, but somehow I’m not making much more progress than I do with regular teams, like Mara Jade with Luke. What am I doing wrong? 😅

I don't know if it came out before or after Executor (I assume after since I'm pretty sure the three legendary capital ships were the last three released so far) but now it's one of three Empire ships, and with Executor having Bounty hunters and Darth Vader's TIE, Leviathan taking Palpatine's shuttle and Executrix having the remaining Empire ships, (with Scythe specifically needing Executrix in order to reach it's full potential) what sort of team would Chimaera have that isn't used by any other capital ship team? (the only two I can think of are Ebon Hawk and Lando's falcon since they don't really have any capital ship they can play off of yet, but those are only two ships and they don't fully benefit from Chimaera's commander ability and would probably fit better on a Rebel team since they're full of Cargo ships)

Usually with these eras my main goal is 5* unlock for the kyber tokens but if this upcoming era units are just for Mando GL (which I have no plans to unlock) and assuming there's no kyber tokens associated with them should I just save my crystals for next era/more refreshes?

Can we please get the things like the Aklay, Rancor, the AAT, The Terentatek, Ajunta Pall, the Triumvirate etc. in the Boss Rotation for Colisseum please?

I just unlocked my 4* executor. All pilots have 6 dot mods, all skills and ships maxed. Executor skills all maxed as far as possible.

I started this account about 5-6 years ago. Played a few months at a time since.

I can’t seem to get past these guys. I watched multiple Executor guides and I just can’t seem to push past. Started to think it’s a skill issue lol and RNG combined with an insanely competitive fleet arena.

All I want is to get below 50 so I have some daily crystal intake.

I’m 10 away from executor 4* and my IG-2000 is at 6* 43 shards. Is it better for me to buy the pack that gives 10 executor shards to unlock now or grind IG-2000 for next month?

Bounty Hunters are my favorite faction in the entire game. I really love using Jedi too, but it’s cool that another BH is coming who could lift the faction, especially some units I would argue currently aren’t great like Aurra. Contracts/payouts are almost like playing a mini game inside of this game and I LOVE that feature.

I would also feel so much more incentivized to go hard in the paint on specifically B1 Mercenary Droid. Despite the controversy over his status as a GL req, I would be super pumped if he actually got to go under his intended leader in the raid.

I was thinking of switching out phas for sith trooper or executioner cause it feels like she doesn’t do much for arena would it be worth?

Are these gold furnaces a good value for 40k ally points? I know generally we should use ally points for bronzium packs but these furnaces scrap to 4 or 5 girda keypad.

I was playing coliseum today and noticed this “Hero ability”. Has this always been New Republic? Is this a remnant of the old coliseum (with R5-D4 and Carson) or is this a preload for GL mando?

Really want to unlock a GL in the near future but not sure where to start. Did all my anniversary quests and all of my LSTs.​ I was thinking going for JML or something, but I'm not entirely sure.

I have bought the era pass every era since the pass came out, but I think im going to skip this next one. Not just on principle that its a scummy era, but also what's the incentive? I think for where my account is the only thing I miss out on is the omicrons. Just curious on yalls thoughts

This has probably been discussed a lot but I saw a lot of people saying if u 5 star jar jar u should have enough materials to get 6 characters to 116?

I have 4 at 115, 2 at 90 and 1 at 105. I cant upgrade the 105 any further due to materials, the 90s i can up to like 99 and the 115s i can still upgrade.

So my question is, were we meant to have a character at 0 or something to get 6 of them to 116 or what? Just to prepare better for the next era haha.
