Im a freshman and fall quarter i didnt take any culture and ideas class which is something i do need to take for 2 quarters. I'm already going to be extremely busy with labs and math since I'm in engineering and was wondering what's the easiest class.

Thanks for the help. (this is for the winter quarter)

Hiiii I haven’t really gotten a chance to go out that much and wanted to know if there are any bars that aren’t really strict nearby, or if there were any frats throwing tn?

I’m thinking of rushing Sig Pi this fall but I still dont get know what they are like. Could anyone explain to me their opinions.

Hey everyone!
Please let me know if anyone of you has taken this course in previous quarters. I was wondering about his final and mid exams. How difficult are they and if anyone has sample paper that would be really helpful.

I have seen mixed reviews on internet.

I’m planning to apply to Santa Clara University as a transfer student for Accounting through Leavey. I already completed Calculus I at De Anza, but I took it online.
SCU’s website says: “For current students, the Departments of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics do not accept online courses for transfer credit.”

Does “current students” mean students who are already enrolled at SCU and take an online class somewhere else afterward? Or does it apply to incoming transfer students who completed an online math class before transferring?

Are the tennis courts open on the weekend?

Came across this in my scu inbox; it seemed like an official company, but looked at their website and then back at the email, the AI-driven nature of the pictures and layout was apparent. Not saying this as an "AI bad" thing, but everything I've seen looks like it was generated in a couple of prompts with little effort. Is there anyone who signed up for it and is willing to talk about their experience with it as a service? That would be really insightful. Thank you

This is strictly a paid tutoring arrangement — serious inquiries only, please.

Hi! I'm an immigrant working on my English and looking for a conversation tutor to practice speaking — casual conversation, pronunciation, sounding more natural. Not test prep.

A few details:

1.Rate: $25/hour, usually 2 hours per session ($50/session)

2.Location: in person at a coffee shop near campus

3.Availability: weekday mornings (Mon–Fri) or anytime on weekends

4.Prefer a native English speaker

I'm specifically looking for a female tutor — I already have a male tutor and want a different style/perspective to mix things up

5.No tutoring experience needed — I just want a friendly native speaker to chat with regularly.

Feel free to DM me! Thanks

for a freshmen does anyone have tips for rushing a professional business frat

Mine is supposed to come during second delivery trip which is either yesterday or today because I ordered after the move-in date. But I am not receiving anything from the team and I didn't get it yet. Are they supposed to be delivered to our dorm? Or do we have to pick it up?

What’s the best science class to take if im in leavey. I just want to easiest class to get the credit done?

I am considering to take it for art credit
ARTS 64 class I think

The syllabus lists around 100 pages a week, which seems like a lot. Did you read all of it, or did you focus on certain sections? About how many hours a week did the reading take, and how difficult was the class overall?

Any recommendations on a class to fulfill Arts?? Preferably one with a light workload

Anyone has the book download?

does anyone have any recommendation on classes that would count as RTC 1 but is not reading heavy?

I enrolled for RSOC class and the damn reading I cannot handle please help me

Hi everyone!

We are a team of researchers at Boston College running a study on social relationships and health during your first year of college. We’re currently looking for incoming first-year students to participate.

How it works:

• We will email you links to 4 different surveys over the next 6 weeks (sent every two weeks).
• Each survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
• Your participation in the study is completely anonymous.

What’s in it for you? At the end of each survey, you'll get a link to a separate form to enter our raffle. Each survey you complete earns you 1 raffle ticket (up to 4 tickets total) to win a gift card worth between $25 and $75.

If you are an incoming freshman and want to participate, you can take the first survey here (please complete within 72 hours if possible!):

Please note that we flag potential bots and will verify emails entered into the raffle.

You can find more info about us at our lab website or by searching for us on the Boston College website. Good luck with the start of your fall classes!

I’m living on campus for the first time and my roommate keeps on bringing boys into her room
I’m not comfortable w it
Am I being a nerd or is it fair to tell them

I had a question regarding when rush for frats begin at scu along with are there any acess to social scenes without being in a fraternity.

I don't know why tf they would make all the non-annual permits begin in October, who thought of that?

Does anyone know where or when some frat parties occur around here? Tryna get myself to be hyped and more social for this year as a transfer.
