I have a collection for a Windows upgrade task sequence containing 10 machines. Nine of them have been upgraded successfully, but one machine has not run the task sequence.

When I check the deployment status, I see the following error:

"Program may never run due to maintenance window constraints."

The deployment schedule appears to be within the maintenance window, which has a duration of 120 minutes.

Deployment settings:

• Available: October 15, 2026, at 06:00
• Expiration: October 25, 2026, at 22:07
• Assignment schedule: October 15, 2026, at 06:00
• Rerun behavior: Always rerun the program

Additional information:

• The maintenance window is not configured directly on the Windows migration collection. However, it is configured on another collection.
• I can clearly see that the maintenance window applies to the affected machine in the Maintenance Windows report.
• The maintenance window duration is 120 minutes.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

What could be preventing the task sequence from running on this particular machine, even though the other nine machines were upgraded successfully and the Maintenance Windows report shows that a maintenance window applies to the affected machine?

Could the maintenance window configured on another collection be causing this issue? Are there any additional logs or settings I should check to identify the root cause?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
