Hello folks, day one player here, like many of you guys, I played the game until the first DLC character dropped, and I was having a blast, until I wasn't anymore and the game got boring......fast.

Came back after reading the news, and the addition of the new character who looked cool, daily login, and other stuff, bonus exp, for player and character? Count me in!

But somethings never change in this game and that pisses me off.

-low drop rate on cosmetics, like wtf? It's two years and some cosmetics don't drop even with the clovers, even with the difficulty on red!

-lack of weapon customization, again why? Two years and the same skins from launch??

-characters, two Kirito, two Asuna, two Sinon, two Alice, no more knights? No more players? The cast is vast, and you fill them with copies of existing characters? Man...

-player level, do I need to say more? How I am going to play with another people if those people are in the extreme bosses on lvl 150??

-player base, listen this game is not dead, it has people playing, but it's sooo few, why not make a five team mission? Like choose the normal or five people teams, and fill the rest with bots, but don't put me alone with the most horrible lineup possible, at least let me choose my own bots, the ones I have already built.

-eydis, oh brother what's the point of letting a character be in-game store, but if you need only premium currency, when you give none to the player for playing the effin game! Just put her as a normal DLC since I will need to spend money on her anyway goddamit.

But don't think I hate this game, far from it, it seriously think it could be something good, if Bamco wasn't such a bitch, no new bosses, no new coop missions, no new coametics on missions, just premium stuff and a pass too long for the amount of exp you receive.

That's it folks I played upgrades who I wanted, had my fun, but I already uninstalled, maybe I will come back again, maybe not who knows, for anyone still playing I wish nothing more than the best of fun.

Hello there! Its good to be back in Galaxia and we are onto Season 8 of Fractured Daydream and its quite a big one!

We got firstly a new playable character Eydis (can be purchased with SAO coins so its time to break your currency cards if you want to get her! I have yet to try it out as I was checking out the unique features and Attention to Detail changes!)

Next the rank limit is now lifted to 180! (not sure its not 200 but oh, well), so time to begin to get to playing the co ops and boss raids! (later on for one reason in which I will tell you why)

The Incarnation of the Radius EX Boss Raid (Ordinal Scale Boss Unleashed). You asked for it, they have now delivered! I checked the details and the recommended rank is 180 but the drop rank for weapons and accessories is 185. I WILL NOT BE PLACING A GUIDE YET UNTIL I AM AT RANK 180!

Irregular Boss Gauntlets: Well, the virus has now been contaminated to the Boss Gauntlets, they may seem familiar but there are glitched enemies and irregular areas involved. (more to some in the near future). It could be an interesting challenge...

The season pass special event is live! This is the chance to boost to the high ranks!

Now for the fun part: the difficulty selection feature to multiplayer quests. This feature will involve setting "debuffs" on your party or yourself (e.g. reduced max HP, higher chance of being debuffed with stun, blind or what not and of course, lower healing rate of healing crystals.). Clearing it without being downed will get the higher bounty BUT being downed, it will reduce the rank to normal and you will NOT GET ANY REWARDS! (Red rank is not recommended for first time players)

New weapons are added (mostly for Eydis), but unsure for others. Will look into it soon.

There are now stamps and 2D Player cards added and the return of the previous bundles alongside new ones to purchase so if you have any SAO tickets, this is a great time to use them!

Now the game adjustments:

Weapon Inventory is now increased to 2,500, so it should hold more weapons along the way, but its best to trim the "fat" to ensure you make use of the space...

The friends list now state a last login date to detail when they have played last time. Neat!

The multiplayer NPCs are now immune to freeze, stun and roar stun (finally!). It should be an improvement for the limited lobby matches).

There are fixes to details such as attacks not hitting enemies or bosses in certain areas (Cait Sith Sinon), and some fixes to the passives not working.

Free roam has the most fixes such as two bosses guarding the gold treasure chest or no boss at all, no skin item drops from Dorzl Origin in Tier 1-3 and correcting the attack indicator for being backwards for the tail swing after the knockback attack.

Fixed issued with the sub missions not shown in some boss battles and the issue in aid requests without quick matches results in rare rewards dropping from quick matches. Hmmm...

Well that's all the details for the 1.8.0.0 Update!

May someone dumb down and explain how to play Cat Sith Sinon please. I feel like im missing something as, to me, the gameplay feel too 'inconsistent' if that makes sense. Like, nothing im doing feels right, meanwhile the other Cat Sinons on my team are popping off.

Each time I play, online mainly I get pain in my right hand/wrist.

Does anyone also deal with this and have remedies?

Hate that I even have to do this, but apparently a lot of people don’t even know their own franchise. Eydis isn’t only from the mobile games; she also appears in the light novel, where she was canonized as an actual canon character.

I'm wondering what the best builds are for certain characters and also in general what scales the best.

I've seen different opinions surrounding the most optimal way to build for ranged character, and I'm simply wondering what actually scales the best ;

Long range, crit rate, advanced skill damage .ect

For example, M's mini cluster rounds skill would benefit from all of the above; but what is actually going to give the most value and increase?

So far I've gone the route of stacking around crit rate %

And then for melee characters? Would it be better to stack critical rate % again, or go melee damage or advanced skill damage?

I made i custom INI for people that have a potato pc/laptop but still want to play the game who knows why 😅 dont expect 4k with ultra graphics tho...

I see one discount of the game in Nintendo Switch, and well, I've played the game when it came out and put some hours, but now I don't have my ps5 and want to start again from zero but in my switch. The problem is I don't want to play a dead game (I don't mind if I could play in singleplayer or something like that), or don't want to play a game who could be close in a few months (or days 🤣) so I just want to know how good (or bad) is the state of the game in this moment.

Question you guys, how do I get the character lobby interactions for the DLC characters? I know there's a way to unlock them I feel it in My Bones I just don't know how LOL

I left the game about 1+ years ago waiting for a bow character. Randomly decided to redownload after watching someone play the newest SAO game. Saw that they finally added a bow character in cait Sinon after their 3rd sniper only to see she'll run me $20.

I dont even care about the character but i dont plan to pay that much for a weapon type that should have been in the base game.

So im really just here to ask how her playstyle is? Do yall enjoy playing her? How does she differ from the other "Rangers"?

I missed out on some profile artwork from some of the battle passes—the last one (with Asuna I believe?) and I won’t be able to get the last artwork for this battle pass by the time the season ends. I’ve seen some old battle passes rerun in the shop, but do the newer ones (like the ones with the profile artwork) rerun? I tried looking it up, but it’s hard to find information on it.
