Plasteel with her comrade have been very popular streamers. For a subscriber special they have decided to collect and transport ALL the toxic urban waste present at the time, from their home planets. And dump it on some Rimworld. Making it the aliens' problem. But hey at least the pony streets are much cleaner and less polluted! (Even if the alien ecosystem ends up gradualy collapsing as the ridiculous amount of toxic waste is released from it's biodegredable packaging.)
