RN Pivot? Tired of Hospital

RN with 5+ years of NICU experience and I’m really looking for a change. I have been travel nursing for a little over 4 years now and it’s really not profitable anymore in my opinion to keep doing it and in addition I’m kind of burnt out on the NICU and hospitals in general.. (Honestly bedside nursing in its entirety) I really rather be at home now and I have been seeking remote jobs like case management and utilization review. I know those jobs are competitive and I’ve put in 200 applications so far with only 3 recruiter calls and others I haven’t heard back yet or have been denied..

I’m not giving up that’s my plan A but in the case I don’t get a WFH job in the timeframe I’m seeking one I’m looking for another option outside of the hospital and the NICU that’s more laid back with still decent pay preferably 40+/hr obviously that varies based on location (I know)

Any opinions or suggestions?

WFH with kids/dependents

Was wondering if anyone would be able to share what it’s like working from home while having to take care of kids and parents.
Hello, Im currently working part time bedside CVICU RN. My partner is also a full time medsurg RN. They are burnt out and is looking to go M-F 9-5 outpatient clinic work. While I am looking for a remote position. We have kids in school from 8-3p and we currently work alternate days. We do our best to have weekends together as a family but it is hard to get a full weekend off together. What is it really like being able to WFH? After school pick up, do you have time to do homework, time for afterschool activities? What about if you live with your parents? Are you able to take them to their dr appointments?
If so, What remote jobs do you have? What’s your schedule like? TIA

Breaking into UR/UM

I've been trying to strengthen my resume for transitioning into UR/UM work. Is there any possible way to become certified in MCG/Interqual outside of an organization? I keep getting denied as an applicant/unable to create profile since I'm outside of an organization which provides access to these sites

Anyone Currently Working as a Virtual RN for Ardent Health?

I am looking to get some insight from anyone who currently works or has previously worked as a Virtual RN with Ardent Health.
What’s the typical workflow like? How flexible is the schedule, and what does a usual shift look like? I’d also love to hear about the workload, management, and overall work-life balance. Any firsthand experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
