The last regular season East coast road game was a more feasible trip than going all the way to Seattle and here I am

I had the day before (today) free so I went out to the stadium to familiarize myself with the route when not rushing to make kickoff

At Martin Field on the Northwestern campus in Evanston Closest mass transit is the CTA Purple Line Noyes station, from there it's a half mile straight along a street called Noyes to the campus but I got a little lost looking for the right spot on campus so it's a good thing I checked ahead

There was a Reign training session going on but there was a sign specifying that as a closed practice so I didn't look closely

"Maddie Dahlien has been placed on the season-ending injury (SEI) list after suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament while attending training camp with the U.S. U-23 Women’s National Team."

I'm so sad for her.
