Car Pic What is this Park Avenue?

I took a ferry over to Victoria, BC, Canada and happened to see this extremely clean Buick Park Avenue and a very tasteful black and silver. Was this some kind of special edition? I couldn’t find anything on the internet about it and I couldn’t get closer to see what the badges on it said.

The Official Car Of.... Chrysler 300 Touring converted to a hearse in Japan, the official car of?

Started out as a USDM Chrysler 300 Touring (as it was LHD and had the 140 mph speedometer; it has the 3.5 owing to it being the Touring, and Japan has a cultural preference toward turbo I6s or V6s over V8s anyway, which are reserved by JDM automakers for luxury cars in the Japanese market) was converted to a hearse in Japan. 2-foot body extension and landau top were done in Japan, as was the back modification, roller bed for the casket, ramp and partition. Unlike U.S. hearses, which have only 2 seats (classification definition also says this), Japanese hearses have a seat for the widow. Morbid, but fascinating, because the conversion is like a funeral home taking a Toyota Crown new from Japan and converting it to a hearse for use stateside.
