I know for sure this was probably a modder playing a sound effect to mess with people but where is it even from or what is it? I’ve never heard it play anywhere in my over 1000 hours on console and multiple story mode playthroughs. Has anyone else heard this before?

Lightning looked like it was striking close and I was trying to see where it was and I saw this?? Why did the mountains smoke like that right after the thunder? Was it an explosion or mountain slide? Game just being weird? Ngl, I was fully expexting zombies to start running out after I saw it lol

I can't find almost any collectables, especially arrowheads. Jean Ropke map says it's in a spot, i go check it, threre's just an empty hole there, even though I obviously have never collected that object before. When i use collector maps they also don't spawn the objects that should be there, just empty holes, and the maps just keeps pretending that I haven't found the object yet.. I tried fixing this by clearing the cache and it worked for only one object, and then the issue began again, and now it won't get fixed(playing on ps4). This is genuenly making the game unplayable. HELP!!!!!!

It is by far the best mode in Red Dead Redemption 2 Online. Its a Halloween themed version of Call to Arms yes, but its by far better…. Not only just because the Spooky vibes, I also would argue the AI is better. It’s also more difficult I’d have to say and thats what makes it fun. Prove me wrong tell me another gamemode in RDO that beats All Hallows Call To Arms?

hi! just started playing RDO with my friend. both of us have finished with the tutorial, but we were put on the different parts of the map. what could we do to meet up in game and create a posse? we are both PC players. most of the answered questions about this suggest using rockstar social club, but it seems like some of its features are no longer available and i have no idea how to join the same session. any ideas what to do?

Already hunted a bunch of legendary animals (both as a mission and as a random encounter) plus some sedating, still have yet to get the emote. It's been 2 weeks and Rockstar support's just throwing me in a "thanks for reporting this, you valuable customer you" loop :/

I'm an old man, my first console was a Pong. Played pretty much every console over the years, thousands of games. I consider RDR2, both story/online mode to be the greatest game ever made. It suits ME, absolutely PERFECTLY. If I wanna fish, I can just do that. If I wanna roll into a town and start some shit, I can do that too. Besides iRacing, it's the online gaming I play, because I don't have to worry about someone rolling up on a tank and blowing me up.

I have about 4000 hours (not a typo, 4K) on PS4/5, and have about 1000 hours on a gaming PC I built about a year ago (my first gaming PC, always was a console gamer).

I'm aware of RedM, and the Role Playing stuff, but from what I've seen there's far more drama and behind the scenes bs on there that I just don't want anything to do with.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to find a handful of ppl to make a club, group, yanno, a POSSE. A group of guys/gals that want to start RDR2 Online Vanilla ALL OVER AGAIN. We all start at level 1, and progress together (for the most part, of course, not everyone can be here all the time).

For the past three days I have been trying to log into RDO, but I keep getting the error message of the game not being able to connecto to Rockstar servers. I checked my connection and it's fine and I've tried everything that's been suggested here or on the rockstar website, I even tried contacting the support service but nothing is working, please help. I am playing on PC

I work from the same table my kid uses for homework so the house feels loud even after she goes to bed. RDO is what I open when I need a space that's big and empty and doesn't need me to explain anything. I don't touch the roles anymore. I just pick a trail I haven't ridden at night and let the horse keep walking while I stare at the sky. Sometimes I stop near a river and listen to the crickets. No deliveries, no strangers, just the sound of hooves on dirt. It's the only time my brain isn't juggling a bunch of things at once. The weird part is I get more out of these short rides than the long sessions I used to plan. Feels like the Saguaro trails I can't hike after dark but with less effort. Curious if other people treat the game as a quiet room instead of a checklist.
