Hey everyone! I got an inquiry this afternoon from a property manager who wants me to photograph four units, each around 400 sq ft. This is my first request like this, so I’m trying to figure out a fair pricing structure.

Would you charge your usual minimum for each unit, offer a reduced rate per unit, or price the whole shoot as a package? I also considered combining the square footage, but I’m not sure that makes sense with four separate spaces.

For those who shoot apartments or work with property managers, how do you usually handle this? I’d appreciate any advice!
