In my humble opinion, the new artwork featuring Caveira is the best thing to happen to this game’s main menu in 11 years.

It looks cool, stylish, and modern. I genuinely like it, but I have to throw a bit of a wrench in the works. Ubisoft, what is going on with your design consistency? Why does the same character have completely different faces in-game, on operator cards, in CGI trailers, and in promotional art like this? This is far from the first time it’s happened. Take the latest operator, Noor—he has four entirely different looks across various pieces of art and the game itself. The same goes for a bunch of other characters (Solis, Thorn, etc.). I get that there might be differences in detail or polish between in-game models and cinematics, but here, they literally look like completely different people. Caveira has gradually shifted from a tough Brazilian woman into some generic, "cute" girl with European features. My first thought was that it was just someone cosplaying as Caveira—but nope, turns out it’s actually her! 😂

What do you guys think? Did someone mess up the prompt? 😂

Yes, I was on second floor with Vigil in a 1v5, though I started falling back when it was still a 3v5. I don't usually roam, so my timings are shit, so I take criticism on that one for sure. I got lucky with the first 2, I've heard Capitao and Zofia, and the last kill was an educated guess. I felt like I had to push even though I had the defuser, since they could've collapsed on me at any time.

I'm Gold, so realistically in a higher lobby I would've been traded by that first 2, I'm aware of that too. I usually choke even in a 1v1 - 1v2 situation, I'm happy I got away with this this time.

And the cherry on top, one of them said "nice cheats" and alt+f4'd the game haha

Edit: Watching it back, I should've anticipated that the last guy will go right not left, so my crosshair placement was horrible, looking at the reinforced wall. Oh whatever.

EDIT: It has to be a glitch on my side. I slept, and i started the game again, and it has a discount now. So my only issue is that the shop doesn't show you the new price ONLY AFTER you restart your game (i didn't have to before).

I guess I'm not the only one, who thought if you obtain some Skins/Cosmetics from a bundle, it becomes cheaper in the shop.

I wanted to buy the new Bundle for Grim, but silly me opened the Packs first, cause i thought, if i get something from his bundle, it will become cheaper (as it was till this Event).

I got 2 items out of his bundle, the price stay the same.

Because of that, I won't buy the bundle, Ubi can go and fund himself.

I looooveee the addition of Legend to R6. One of the best features that has ever been added to the game. But I find one flaw in it and it has nothing to with the rank itself but the requirements to play it. You have to be a plat for at least one season in the past...that's fine and you have to be a current champion in the season, which is also fine. The part that doesn't make sense to me is you don't have to be a Champ 1 to be in Legend. Champ as of rank 3.0 has 5 divisions with 1 being the highest. It makes no sense to add 4 more divisions to champion if you only need to be champ 5.

In theory, you could be champ 5, stop, playing, and when Legend comes out mid season just play that. This makes hitting champ 4-1 pointless. Devs might as well take away those ranks bringing back the way champ used to be.

I thought you needed to be Champ 1 in order to qualify for Legend, which would make sense for why the sudden addition of 4 champ ranks. But apparently, after i watched a yt video of a champ 4 playing in legend, you don't need to be a champ 1 making the top 4 ranks of champ pointless.

Legend is supposed to the best of the best players, with the exception of pro play, and adding new ranks just to not make them necessary for players to reach to play in the highest rank in the game is a bad design.

I'll take accountability if I'm wrong about this.

They used to look so nice, just how they did in the thumbnail preview. But for a while now, the gem skins (Diamond, Topaz, Emerald, Ruby, Amethyst) in addition to the original Gold skin have had much higher roughness so they don't look quite as brilliant as the thumbnails. It's only a very small issue, but would be an easy and pleasant fix

I was scrolling on insta and got a siege video and this skin looks cool and was wondering what skin it is.

I know there’s people who will say I don’t know I’m talking if you wanna do one v one that’s perfectly fine. I do it with my friends, but whenever I have someone on the enemy team or my team, who’s being cocky and saying do you want to one V one I tell them no usually they’ll say what you scared but here’s why I don’t because one V one all that matters is your gun skills and I can tell you my gun skills aren’t the greatest which is why I usually play operators such as thermite, which has my best stats of all the operators I play I don’t really play frag operators and I might not do bad in the one V one but every time I’ve been told to one V one someone it’s someone cocky and I’m just not gonna deal with someone being cocky towards me because I’m not winning a one on one gun fight with them because my style is more playing with the team also I don’t play this game serious. I play unranked because rank just sucks when you want to have fun and I’m playing a game to have fun so I do play unranked because I like having the ban phase and the longer matches

I feel like Holo A takes up too much screen space, and the reticle is unnecessarily complicated. I think sights like Reflex A/C or Red Dot A/C are better options because they have cleaner reticles and obstruct less of your vision.

I feel like Holo A is so popular mainly because it's a familiar sight that appears in a lot of other games. What do you guys think?

I think in terms of "getting read" by enemy im number 1, same goes for situational awareness im on the last place. I always drone 1 room ahead following a lot of recommendations, yet somehow completely get outclassed by a dude walking in with drone in pockets and have nothing but aim.

Weirdly enough, bronze is on the better place than usual, I used to be on copper V hardstuck.

But when I play the game cluelessly, I performed better back then. I'm no stranger to FPS games either having thousands of hours combined (longest fps game for me was warface, which is fast paced and have a lot more movement compared to R6).

I notice the longer I play r6 exclusively, the worse my aim seems to get.

fyi, I also often get called deaf in match. Even if I can hear explosion loud enough for entire room, footsteps, gadget placements, reload, seems to be beyond me. I even saw clip of someone breaking down of a gameplay vid where someone change position / rush to take an area when they notice enemy is reloading from sound. I did not hear it at all.

What should I do to improve? Or run and gun seems to be the best approach after all and forget tactical decision.

I'm playing Rainbow Six Siege on PS5 from India, and matchmaking on the AP South-1 server takes 10+ minutes for Quick Match and Standard.

I've managed to get into a few games, so matchmaking does work occasionally, but the wait is ridiculous.

I'm curious:

• Is anyone else experiencing this on AP South-1?
• Have you found a way to get matches faster?
• Does joining someone on EU or NA servers help?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's dealt with something similar. I just want to play the game without spending half my gaming session in matchmaking!
