ROCm, Fedora, R9700

Hello all.

As best as I can tell, ROCm (via AMD's site) isn't officially supported for Fedora. The site lists Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows, and WSL.

I see that [Fedora Packages has a a package for rocm, but only for 7.1.x](packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgsrocm/rocm/fedora-44.html)

If you're using: - Fedora - Llama cpp - an R9700

Are you: 1. using an older version of rocm via the official Fedora packages 2. using Vulkan 3. or you've figured out a different way to install ROCm (so that you can use HIP)?
