Posting guidelines

No Buying, Selling, or Trading: This is not the place to buy, sell, trade, or otherwise advertise for the transfer items from one individual to another. See r/geartrade or r/gundeals.
Financial Disclosure Requirements: Users MUST disclose any financial relationship with any product they are recommending. Reputable vendors and manufacturers are welcome and will receive a flair indicating your affiliation. Users who have an adverse transaction with a listed vendor are encouraged to mail the mod team.
Absolutely No Politics: No discussion or expression of political beliefs. This includes but is not limited to: ideological arguments, advocating bringing harm to law enforcement, overthrowing the US government, support for or against a political candidate, or boycotts of companies based on their political alignment. This explicitly includes any "boogaloo" references, which are strictly prohibited, no matter how oblique.
No ITAR or EAR violations or Patent/Copyright Infringement: ITAR (International Trade in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) are US Federal laws that regulate trade in a wide variety of things. No videos through Gen III NVGs, or questions regarding the sale or purchase of these items outside the US. Advertising in any way items which are counterfeit, knockoff or which otherwise violate patents and/or copyright is also prohibited.
General Etiquette: Absolutely no harassment, bigotry, spamming, trolling or otherwise hateful posts or comments will be tolerated. This is grounds for immediate banning.
This is not the place for mall ninja gear: All are welcome here, but if your question or kit belongs on r/mallninjashit it will be removed.
No low quality or disruptive posts: If it belongs somewhere else, don't post it here. Maintain a reasonably professional atmosphere so that everyone can get something out of a discussion. Your extremely original "this is the way" or "feet" comment will be deleted, and you aren't necessary here if you persist.
No prohibited persons or association with questionable groups: If there's reason to believe that a user is a prohibited person for any reason or is associated with unsavory entities, this is grounds for banning. If you support political or racial violence or harm to law enforcement, or choose to congregate with those who do, you do not belong here.
