Sharp Cramp/Pain after abstinence in masturbation

Hi, I have noticed a weird recurring pattern that has happened thrice now for the last 3 months. I usually masturbate regularly but whenever there's a big gap in between, then on the day i masturbate again, once I ejaculate, after a few seconds, there's a sharp cramp/pain in urethra which lasts for few seconds and than disappears. If I masturbate regularly, it doesn't happen, after a gap of 2-3 days also, it doesn't happen, for a long gap like 5+ days, it happens. Anyone knows what's cause of this and how do you fix this?

CPPS from edging: tight perineum & urine dribble. Did abstinence cure you?

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here because I’m getting really anxious that I might have developed CPPS, and I’m looking for some advice or similar experiences.

For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with two main symptoms:

  • A constant feeling of tightness/contracture in my perineum.
  • Post-void dribble (some drops of urine always stay trapped and leak out right after I finish peeing).

I am almost certain this condition started after a period of doing frequent and prolonged edging sessions. This has been going on for months now, and I suspect it hasn't gone away because I never truly stopped masturbating (even though I am much gentler now and my sessions are shorter).

My questions for this community are:

  1. Has anyone else developed these exact symptoms (pelvic floor tightness and trapped urine) specifically from edging?
  2. If you were in my situation, did completely abstaining from masturbation give your pelvic floor the time to heal and resolve the issue?

Any advice or success stories would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Thin ejaculation stream after severe UTI and two antibiotic courses - anyone experienced this?

I’m 38M. About a month ago, I developed a severe urinary illness with high fever, chills, lower back pain, headaches, burning urination and changes in urine flow, a day after having back-to-back sex with my wife. However, I don’t think sex alone would explain all these symptoms. I had also been drinking potassium-rich coconut water around that time and was under considerable work-related stress.

My urine test showed high white blood cells, but the culture showed no growth.

I completed 7 days of nitrofurantoin, but my symptoms returned, including blood in my urine, so I went to A&E. I was then prescribed 7 days of trimethoprim 200mg twice daily.

My urinary symptoms have mostly improved. My urine flow is normal, erections are strong and ejaculation is still forceful.

However, my ejaculation stream is now much thinner than before the illness. Previously, it was noticeably thicker/wider.

Has anyone experienced this after a severe UTI? Did your ejaculation stream eventually return to normal?
What might be going on, and has anything helped restore the width of your ejaculation stream? How long did recovery take?

Thank you for reading.

How to test for bacterial

Hello, I am fairly confident that I have bacterial prostatitis, but am unsure how to test for it. My symptoms include persistent dehydration and foamy, smelly urine. These urinary symptoms have been coming and going every few months since I had mycoplasma genitallium about a year and a half ago. I have experienced CPPS symptoms as well and understand it is common to be paranoid, but am pretty confident something else is wrong or else my urine would not smell and I would not be so dehydrated all the time.

I saw a urologist earlier this year because I was also experiencing hematospermia (blood in my semen) during sex. He assured me it was highly unlikely I had bacterial prostatitis, and that was likely the mycoplasma still working its way out (nearly a year later). Said that if it was an issue he would’ve been able to tell from my urine culture. Said that doing a semen culture would be pointless would not be able to tell anything.

After a seemingly normal summer I am back to having these urinary UTI symptoms again yet testing negative for a UTI. I am currently on a week of antibiotics for BV but it should not be causing these issues.

Is four-glass or two-glass test what I am looking for? I have been trying to figure this out nearly two years now and just been robbed by doctors and lost in loops of searching for a solution on Reddit. Can somebody please tell me how to test for this so I can get piece of mind (I’m in the US)

Weight lifting after CPPS

Has anyone been able to lift weights again after being diagnosed?

For me personally, lifting something off the ground or "farmers carrying" even my lunch pale from work will cause immediate urge to urinate which is obviously difficult and light stream or causes a full blown flair up.

Ive always been skinny so lifting weights is a confidence thing for me and ive lost allllllll my gains.

Im contemplating just lifting again, slowly obviously and lightly, and if I piss a bit then so be it. I dont know. Anyone with advice?

has anyone tried injections for chronic pelvic pain?

hi, first of all, i want to clarify that i'm not the one dealing with chronic pelvic pain, my boyfriend is. he's been struggling with it for about 10 years now. over the years, he's seen countless doctors, tried different medications, and even undergone surgeries, but somehow the pain always finds its way back. recently, a new doctor suggested trying injections/nerve blocks, and i was wondering if anyone here has gone through something similar.
if you've tried them, i'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. did they help? how long did the relief last? was the procedure painful? did you experience any side effects? honestly, any information would be helpful.

but there's something else i'd love to ask, especially to those of you who are dealing with chronic pelvic pain yourselves. what's the best way for a partner to support you without making you feel pressured, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly being reminded of your condition? before we even officially started dating, i spent a lot of time reading and learning about his condition, how it affects his daily life, and what being in a relationship with someone who experiences chronic pain might look like. i wanted to make sure i understood what he was going through as much as someone who doesn't experience it personally possibly could.
i love him, and supporting him is something i genuinely want to do. but i'm also aware that no matter how much i read or research, i'll never fully understand what it feels like to live with that pain every single day. and of course, i've talked about all of this with him first. i know everyone's different, and he's already told me what he personally needs from me. i'd just love to hear other people's experiences and perspectives too, since i think there's always something new to learn. sometimes i wonder if i'm doing enough, or if there are things i could be doing differently that would make his life a little easier. i don't want him to feel like he has to be okay for my sake, and i definitely don't want my attempts to help to become another source of pressure for him.
i guess my question is, if you're dealing with this condition, what do you wish your partner understood better? what kind of support actually makes a difference? and are there things people do with good intentions that end up being more frustrating than helpful?

i'd really appreciate any advice, personal experiences, or even little things you wish someone had done for you.

thank you for reading, and i genuinely hope everyone here finds some relief :)

My ongoing nightmare for over 7 years. Kindly read & advise please 🙏🏼

I had a one-night stand with someone. I remember while receiving a blow job the lady cleared her throat & spat on my penis head (I would like to note I did not recall this in the upcoming weeks after this happened)

The next few weeks I had penis pains. I kept masterbating as my retarded doctor told me not to worry & it’s in my head …

This is where everything got worse. My penis turtled, my balls retracted & I got hard flaccid. I also cannot feel orgasms.

Over the months and years my brain remembered she cleared her throat and spat on my penis and this started this nightmare.

I then somehow got a grade 3 varicocele which I had surgery to repair.

I now am doing a lot better mentally. I’d say it took about 6 years to recover mentally. However I now suffer with hard flaccid, ED, no orgasm feeling & occasional penis pains.

What is the best steps I take to diagnosis this and recover?

Thank you everyone 🙏🏼

Correct Diaphragmatic Breathing?

Are we supposed to breathe into our belly? Or are we trying to breathe and expand our ribcage, including our sides and back? Which "way" is more beneficial for a hypertonic pelvic floor? Just trying to do this the right way, but hard to do when I'm told both are correct.

Tadalafil/Cialis and CPPS

I visited the urologist yesterday to discuss how to proceed as i had CBP before summer and the bacteria is now cleared after doing urine culture three times.

Now I have pain and burning after urinating that is still left and the muscles in the pelvic region feels hard, mostly at the back but van travel to the front which is CPPS.

He told me it's not the prostate that is the problem, it's the large muscle that the pelvic region rest against that develops pain and inflammation in the nerves

He also told many urologists still give antibiotics even if there is no infection present, it's old outdated school he said, in my case I had an infection before caused by catheter, that's now all gone.

So he prescribed Tadalafil or Cialis and said it would help me after taking it for a few weeks.

Those of you who take it, will it also help releive the burning and other unpleasant nerve pain from pelvic region?

My story , Two years ago

So
The Beginning (2 years ago):
I don't like casual relationships, but foolishly, I had oral sex. After that, I started to feel stress and anxiety, waiting for something to happen. I checked myself daily, and my diet was very poor due to anxiety. After 8 days, while examining myself, I noticed my urethral opening looked different - I don't know if it was inflammation, swelling, or redness. That same night before sleep, I started feeling pain.

First Symptoms:
Swelling and redness only at the urethral meatus, and pain in the upper part of the urethra. I had no burning during urination .The stream is also good , no purulent discharge, no ulcers, and no fever. On the contrary, urination was comfortablea, like a painkiller. Masturbation was also comfortable.
However, after masturbating—especially if I go to sleep—pain occurs at the base of the penis, as if I had masturbated dozens of times.

Progression:

· After a few days: Post-void dribbling started.
· Week 3: Visited a urologist. Urine culture, semen culture, and urinalysis were done. Results: Negative. Despite the doctor asking about the encounter, I don't know why he didn't refer me for STI testing. Took Fosfomycin for 2 days, no benefit. Changed the doctor.
· Note: Initially, the pain came before sleep or during rest (like sitting), and I often woke up without pain.
· Week 5: Took Doxycycline for 1 week. On the 4th day, I felt improvement as if I was cured, but upon waking, the pain didn't go away; it started coming in the morning (and so it is now). No improvement .
· Week 6: Returned to the doctor. Took Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin, no improvement .
· Week 8: Decided to see an infectious disease specialist. PCR for 13 sexually transmitted bacteria and viruses - Negative.
· Week 11: Another PCR - Negative. Urine culture - Negative. Urinalysis - Normal. Only 3-5 RBC, WBC 0-2, Blood Trace, Mucus Trace. The doctor didn't pay attention and said it was within normal limits due to first urine and antibiotic effects. The infectious disease doctor told me: "You have no infection, neither sexually transmitted nor UTI."
· After that: I started searching AI, which told me it might be inflammation, give it time and the body will handle it. I waited an extra month, nothing changed. Because I was anxious and searching a lot, I found doctors online saying it might be prostatitis. I started feeling perineal pain then.
· Another urologist: Requested KUB ultrasound and CT of the pelvis, everything was normal. He told me: you need to find a permanent relationship and sexual regularly and it will go away." I told him about the urethral opening change, he examined it and said "normal". Prescribed anti-inflammatories, no improvement.
· Another doctor: Said "You have chronic prostatitis, and 80% of your symptoms are in your head and 20% in your organs." I told him about the tip inflammation, and on examination he said "normal". Prescribed Doxycycline for 3 weeks and Cipro for 2 weeks, no improvement.
· Neuro-urologist: Decided to refer me to him. He told me: "You are stuck in a vicious cycle, and you need to break it. Exercise, start making changes in your life, and ignore it, and you will succeed." I told him about the meatus and its inflammation, he looked and said "normal". . I found this page then, and started reading negative and positive stories, and continued searching every day. I suffered from anxiety and scenario-building: it was an infection or not?
· After 1 year: PCR for 13 types and blood tests - Negative again.
· Another doctor: Treats prostatitis. Prescribed Fosfomycin for 6 weeks, anti-inflammatory for 2 weeks, and a supplement for 3 months. No improvement . It ended with him advising me to undergo a cystoscopy.

Current Symptoms (after 2 years):

· Post-void dribbling (sometimes comes, sometimes doesn't, just a sensation).
· Perineal pain.
· Sensation of a drop in the urethra or clear watery or sticky discharge sometimes.
· Clear discharge (sometimes comes with movement and long walks).
· Symptoms disappear when the bladder is full.
· Pain is now mostly at the meatus, and symptoms are milder than before.
.meatus like lips

What I'm Currently Taking:

· Quercetin - Recently started.
· Magnesium and Ashwagandha - For anxiety.

My Current Fears:

· Was this a sexually transmitted infection (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Mycoplasma, Herpes) or oral bacteria?
· Did the delay in treatment (3-6 weeks) cause a problem?
· Is there a possibility it's an autoimmune disease?
. Is there anything I’ve overlooked—such as seeing new doctors to try different medications (like antidepressants , antibiotics or other drugs) or undergoing a cystoscopy? I am planning to visit a dermatologist.
· Will I suffer from this forever?

Sti or something else?

So i had protected sex around 12 days ago with someone and i experienced a itch on left side of pubic hair the same exact night. This itch went away pretty quickly but during it i constantly searched up symptoms and thought it was herpes or something. 2-3 days later at night there was this burning sensation in both my thighs and testicles. Then i really became convinced it was herpes. The day after my pee started to burn (only once or twice) I went clinic they swabbed inside my penis with no infection being found and did i urine test (came back negative ik it was too early) and was assured that there was nothing alluding to herpes. I continued on constantly searching symptoms and genuinely believed i had hiv or herpes. I then felt nauseous and kept burping up liquids vomited twice too. Every step i took i felt a kind of electric shock in my legs. I went a and e they said they found infection in my urine ( They cant see what infection there) gave me doxycycline and recommended me to go back to the clinic. I went back to the clinic around 3 days later and they also did a urine test but didnt find any infection. The doxycycline calmed the tingling down a bit but it was still there. I was then put on Ofloxacin Its day 2 of Ofloxacin and my testicles are tingling alot and thighs are burning.

I seriously dont know what this is i just wanna get it figured out.

My CPPS problem solved

Just a quick message after months of research. Yes my CPPS started after a regretful sexual encounter. Along with this I also had penis pain, STI symptoms, diarreah and general fatigue and tiredness.

Months of stretches, urologist appointments and then in June I got diagnosed with Crohn’s disease which can apparently cause pelvic pain. Continued with the stretches but penile irritation was still there along with urine frequency. Turns out I have BXO/lichen sclerosis. Both this and Crohn’s are auto immune conditions, it just happened to all start after the sexual encounter and stressful period.

Since receiving medications for Crohn’s and meds for the BXO (soon getting circumcised) things have been improving dramatically, I’d say I’m 80% better than what I was before.

Not doing stretches so much now just being more aware to be relaxed and not be stressed about every thing. Basically all I’m saying is that for some of you there may well be an underlying cause more than just CPPS, I’m not saying my regretful experience didn’t play a part, it certainly did, but I just knew something else wasn’t right and I’m glad I’ve finally found out what it was.

I’m going crazy with these symptoms—an STI? A pelvic issue? I don’t know.

A rather long text, as it covers a period of 7–8 months!

Hi, I’m 19 years old and generally healthy.

In April of this year, I received oral sex that lasted only about 1 or 2 seconds—it was extremely quick, just in and out—yet that was enough to cause some annoying issues that appeared 6 days later.

Over the course of two months, the following symptoms emerged, one after another: a weak urinary stream, dribbling, occasional inability to urinate at all, a sensation of a full bladder, a mild, localized pain somewhere between the glans (head) and the shaft, and pain during ejaculation.

Following all of this, I took some antibiotics to treat potential chlamydia, gonorrhea, or an overgrowth of naturally occurring bacteria. Things improved for about a week—it felt like I had returned to normal—but then the symptoms gradually crept back. I also tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Now, six months later, the situation is worsening; I feel pain when I push to urinate. I’m very concerned that something is seriously wrong. Given my age, I’m worried it might be something unrelated to an STI or a pelvic issue—perhaps something that just happened to arise spontaneously, and the timing was purely a coincidence.

Thanks for reading this far. I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts, and if anyone has experienced similar symptoms, please feel free to share them in the comments.

Dysesthesia anyone else? Spoiler

5 years in the journey, though I have many symptoms I only want to list the extreme ones and see if someone relates:

  • I have the most insane inner and back thigh burning, wearing pants is impossible. -after eating anything with slight oil, spice my thighs burn like crazy and my anus and buttock area has the most insane burn, or my neurologist said the word is dysesthesia which I can feel after certain foods or just randomly.

I hear everyone list the common symptoms and I have those as well. But this feeling is insane, I only describe it as hell. So anyone else get this feeling randomly, with certain foods or have this thigh burning along with the common symptoms?

Vent/Discouraged Does this sound like chronic prostatitis?

I'm 32. For a year now, off and on, I get pain only at the tip of my penis, which ranges from feeling like it's being squeezed, to sharp, sudden, pulsating pain, that can last weeks at a time. Often accompanied with a tingling (never burning) pain with urination, that lasts some time even afterwards.

When I feel completely normal, this is all brought on usually the day after I have sex or masturbate. Sometimes, but not usually, immediately after.

I've had all the blood and urine tests imaginable. All clear. I've had antibiotics including Doxycycline, no help. I'm in a monogamous relationship and don't do anything crazy during sex or masturbation, in fact I used to be able to masturbate and have sex daily without an issue.

I just had a cystoscopy (ouch) last week, and the urologist couldn't find a reason for my pain. I peed in a jug with some device monitoring me, and my urine flow was apparently perfect. The urologist was stumped and said it could be chronic prostatitis.

I'm basically at a loss for what to do, I've heard pelvic floor exercise routines can be very good so I will try that, but this is a rather hopeless feeling and I'd love to know if anyone else experienced this and got better somehow.

I have every symptom of enlarged prostate but tests and imaging are mostly normal

(I know this subreddit is about something else but it's probably close enough that this is okay. Other prostate specific subreddits are tiny or about stimulation/sex)

I've been dealing with a weak stream, difficulty beginning to urinate, and not emptying completely more and more for the last few months. Recently, I started having to go more and more such that it interferes with sex and falling asleep (I haven't had a nap for two weeks now). One day last week, I made sure to only drink one normal size can of soda and about 20 oz of water, but the urge to pee was worse than ever - it was basically constant.

Went to the doctor two days later. First he did a prostate exam on his own (said it felt large I think), then they got blood, urine, and finally two ultrasounds to see if my bladder emptied properly. One result related to blood sugar was abnormally high. Everything else came up normal, so he recommended avoiding caffeine and other things I haven't been consuming 🙄 I have a follow-up soon and don't know if it will feel productive.

No morning erections for 5 years after recurrent UTIs and multiple antibiotics – what ?

Title: No morning erections for 5 years after recurrent UTIs and multiple antibiotics – what should I do?

Hello everyone,

I am a 30-year-old male, weighing 70 kg and 5.7 feet tall.

Around 5 years ago, I had multiple bacterial urinary tract infections (UTIs) and took several courses of antibiotics. Since then, I have not had morning erections.

I can get an erection after taking Viagra, but I never get morning erections naturally.

I still experience the following symptoms:

Burning sensation while urinating.

Yellow urine.

Tingling sensations in my legs.

Lower back pain.

No morning erections for approximately 5 years.

I am worried that the recurrent infections or repeated antibiotic courses may have caused an underlying problem.

I would appreciate advice from people who have experienced something similar or have relevant medical knowledge. Thank you.

Anyone here had no morning errection at all tell me which condition you had?

Positive Progress Think I found some Closure 😔

I wanted to share how I’m making sense of my experience with CPPS and finding some closure.
Back in middle school, I had blood in my urine. I wasn’t sexually active, and the doctors never found a clear explanation. They mentioned trauma, but I never really got an answer. I don’t know whether that has any connection to what I’m dealing with now.
From I’ve also been working out from 2022-2026 —lots of cardio once a week and leg raises. Sometimes I pushed the leg raises until I experienced a “coregasm,” occasionally: At the time, I never experienced any pelvic pains. Fast forward 6 months ago I tested positive for Ureaplasma parvum, and that’s when things changed for me. Even after treatment and negative follow-up tests, the pain continued.
My personal theory is that the infection may have been the trigger, with other factors possibly contributing beforehand. Speeding up a process that was bound to happen from not taking care of my pelvic floor. I can’t prove that my workouts or childhood symptoms were connected, but that’s the possibility that im connecting that no doctor or therapist can piece together.
I’m sharing this to explain my experience, not to say everyone’s CPPS starts the same way. I’m still dealing with it, but making sense of the timeline is part of finding closure and figuring out how to move forward. I'm still in complete pain but I guess this is a step towards progress

The five stages of grief, known as the Kübler-Ross model, are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
Damn. How did we get here.

What is up w this constant burning from anus to end of urethra?! This has been going on for 6 or 7 yrs now. Ive tested negative urine pcr my wife tested positive for UP. We took abx and tested negative but I dnt feel any different. I thought for sure this was an infection. I felt better on abx and boom as soon as im off this shit comes right back. Wtf im getting so sick of this shit. I think for the past few years ive devolped anal fissures or internal hemmorroids. This is ridiculous. Idk what to do at this point. It all started after a new sexual encounter years ago. A one time thing. I guess this is my punishment a lifetime of pain.

Men over 50, what does your semen look like?

Regardless of prostate issues, did the quality and appearance change as you got older? Did it become clear and watery? Was it sudden? Could you also state activity level? Sedentary to athletic..

I've been dealing with prostate issues for 3 years. Without going into detail, as soon as I turned 45 a year ago, something happened. It almost instantly went from thick and white to mostly clear and watery. There was no change in symptoms or PSA. My prostate volume actually decreased with a 20lb weight loss from 50cc to 40cc. Im at 26BMI currently after a slight increase again in weight. Realistically want to lose 30lbs (225 to 195) being 6'6" and currently not very active because of repeat ankle surgery that has complications

I'm about to see my 8th urologist. My 7th sent me after my free testosterone came back low.. 343 overall but free was 5.2 he referred me to an endocrinologist after refusing to do anything for me but said even that didn't go through so he referred me to a different urologist who specializes more in testosterone..

I'm desperate for answers as im 46, wife is 42, she's been through 4 miscarriages in 3 years since this started and we are desperately trying for another kid before our time runs out. Urologist are not taking my urgency seriously.

I am changing every aspect of my life possible. Diet, activity, weight, sleep, mental health and stress. And im even seeing a 3rd pelvic floor therapist and think I finally found a good one willing to do internal work after 6 to 8 sessions of regular stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Im wondering if this semen change is normal as we age, part of long term prostatitis, stress, testosterone levels or sedentary lifestyle. I know i may not technically see a change in quality for up to 3 months after a change that works. Even longer if im building testosterone back up naturally. Doctors are all hit and miss on this subject. Some say its fine and consistency can change. Some say clear means no or low sperm which seems to match up with info online. There are just no age groups to compare all this to.

Could you state your semen appearance and age, and if it changes at all over time was it abrupt for a specific reason? And were you able to reverse this?

Thanks for anyone who participates

Vent/Discouraged 1.5 months of weird nerve symptoms (cold "menthol" burns, deep aches, pinches), CPPS?

Post image
21 Upvotes

Hey everyone. For the last month and a half, my pelvic area and nervous system have been locked up solid. I’m exhausted, my life feels completely upside down, and I'm trying to figure out if anyone else triggered a tight pelvic floor/CPPS through this exact kind of health anxiety spiral.

How it started (The trigger):

  • Early September: Shaved down there and saw bumps. My last sexual encounter had been 4 months prior with zero symptoms, but my brain instantly went to dormant herpes. I had a massive panic attack, heart dropped into my stomach, felt like I was gonna faint.
  • 1–2 days later: The first physical sensations started creeping in.
  • A few days after that: Clinic confirmed it was just molluscum and froze them off with liquid nitrogen. Having that done in an ultra-sensitive spot while my anxiety was already at a 10/10 sent my body into complete lockdown mode. The tension hasn't let up since.

The symptoms I'm dealing with:

  • The "menthol" burn & phantom wetness: Started as a cold, menthol burning zap on & around my penis, then shifted around my groin, thigh creases, and anus. It's calmed down about 95% now, but skin still feels weirdly hypersensitive, like phantom wetness when it's dry, or constant hair pricking on my perineum.
  • Aches & sharp nerve zaps: Deep aches in groin creases, thighs, lower back, and glutes. Random 2-second sharp "nerve pinches" that hit and vanish. And sometimes it would feel like that dull ache right after you get kicked in the balls.
  • One-sided & migratory: Pain will stick to my left side for days, flip to my right for a day, and jump back. Almost never both sides at once. Lately, those 2-second zaps have even hit my hands, neck, and feet, so it really feels like full fight-or-flight overdrive all around my body.
  • Sitting hurts, standing helps: Sitting or lying down makes it way worse. As far as I'm aware the symptoms slowly fade away the more I'm standing and walking... Urination is totally normal (no bladder issues), and ejaculation is fine in the moment, but brings a dull ache a few hours later.

Medical tests (all clean): I spent $700 out of pocket for the HSV Western Blot at 18 weeks (negative HSV 1 & 2). Urinalysis, CRP, visual checks, all 100% clear. Logically, I know an infection isn't doing this, but my mind still goes back to a herpes infection that the blot somehow missed, but there's no way it would be causing all of this for the past 1.5 months with NO sore, blister, skin outbreak, etc!

I'm planning to get a referral for Pelvic Floor PT, but I attached a diagram of where sensations hit.

Has anyone else had the weird menthol burn, the shifting one-sided aches, or this kind of sudden pelvic lock-up triggered by acute panic and a minor procedure? Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who made it out of this. Honestly, reading through months and years of old posts on this subreddit has definitely helped calm my mind down a bit. It’s given me a lot of relief just knowing others have been through this and that it might not be as bad or hopeless as my panic makes it feel, even though it’s causing me a ton of distress right now

Pelvic pain since so long ?

Many people live with pelvic pain for months or even years took painkillers by their own to get temporary relief. But guys, even think why it comes again and again and no painkiller is working permanently? Why you feel so shy to go to the doctor and evaluate the reason behind this pain? Look it could be chronic pelvic pain syndrome which causes persistent pain in the lower abdomen, pelvic area, Perineum as well as testicles. Also it can cause urine discomfort or you guys may observe pain during ejaculation. Look it is not an infection or temporary muscle pain which can be cured by painkillers alone. Repeated painkillers will only mask the symptoms and will not cure any disease.
