Question Is there commonly a double XP Weekend in the end of October/ November?

I want to use an 1 month membership for XP boost and was wondering if it is worth to wait to get both or one of those weekends lined up with it.

Just title. Add a new base, change a weapon, whatever it would be, I'm interested.
