I'm currently looking for a room or someone that has a room avaliable for rent immediately / is looking for someone else to split rent with, near the West Philly, or Center City area!

I was recently told a few days ago that due to construction happening by the PHA on my apartment building turning it into senior housing assistance, that I'll need to move by the end of this month as construction starts on the 31st. This is all happening a month ahead of my scheduled lease end, putting me in a bit of a tight spot so I'm unfortunately only looking for this month move in avaliability.

My current budget is around $800-$900, and I'd be looking to move in as soon as possible! I'm currently building my credit from scratch but I do have a cosigner and proof of clean rental history as well!

23(m) queer, into gaming (will be quiet), and baking/cooking (I will absolutely make stuff to share!), and I love all animals so I'm totally okay with any cats or dogs!

I'm a very clean person! It's always nice to come back to a clean home and I have no problem managing a shared space!!

Hey y’all… I’m a local singer-songwriter and I’ve been recording my own music for a while, but I really have an itch to play live more, with a band, so I’m not always just playing acoustic sets.

General vibe would be cosmic folky rock. Jangly guitars, vocal harmonies, cool grooves, and leaving some room live for jamming. Let’s record a 4 minute song but when we play it live, let’s jam it out a bit.

Any instrument is welcome. I’d love to have a big band with lots of different instruments and sounds, but I’d love to find a percussionist, a drummer, bass, some extra guitars, organ keys, or anything else you think you could contribute. If you do one of the above and also sing, even better.

I have a ton of material written and ready to go, most of which has been recorded, but with the right group, I’d love to re-record. Ideally we could start with the songs that are finished and arranged, and then spend some time writing as a group.
