I swear this sheetrock tear is a cartoon character, but can’t place it..

I used nano tape to hang my diploma on the wall so as not to damage the paint. Welp..plan failed successfully.
This is a character from a cartoon or a meme or something but I can’t remember and it’s driving me crazy. Maybe I’m just crazy..
