This is a monthly post where we can discuss problems with the Paramount+ app and where we can generally complain about the service.
Tech support comments are welcome here.
Conversely, this is also a place to praise what Paramount+ is doing well.
Old posts can be found here.

I want to make sure I see every episode, I’ve read before that paramount plus is missing some. However all the articles I read about missing episodes is from like 2021. Are all these same episodes missing? What other episodes do I need to see?

Does anyone know why Charmed season 7 is the only season on Paramount+ that gives an option to watch in the 16:9 ratio? I’ve been rewatching the show recently and was used to viewing it in the original 4:3 ratio but now seeing season 7 in the upgraded 16:9 HD version, I don’t want to go back!
Can anyone help me understand why this is? Or if there’s something I can do to atleast rewatch the final season in the 16:9 HD version. Thank you!

Title is misleading it’s supposed to be showing the Buffalo game instead it’s broadcasting the chiefs and chargers game this is bs.

My main device that I use to watch is unsupported for Paramount+, it needs iOS 18 just to be installed but the last update apple supported was iOS 17. So I'm essentially locked out, I've contacted support and they basically went "watch on different device ig". Anyone know if there's a way to use a web browser to bypass the forced app requirement on apple?
I'll probably just cancel my membership otherwise & use some other method.

UPDATE: It's working now. Thanks for the feedback everyone. 😉
Hi there. So my Roku search told me that Luc Besson's Dracula (aka Dracula: A Love Tale) was going to be dropping on Paramount+ today.
I have Paramount+ through Prime Video, & I know that sometimes you have to have a different price tier on your subscription to view certain things, but when looking this movie up on Prime there's no indication that it's even on Paramount+.
Can anyone confirm for me whether or not it's actually on there? Or was the Roku search listing going off a deal that fell through & as such wasn't updated?
I've noticed HBO Max is supposed to have Freddy vs. Jason on their app, but the only way you can view it is through secondary means. Wonder if this is a similar glitch? 🤔

OK, I'll admit it. I'm a credits reader. And I'm getting really peeved that P+ puts credits in that little box as it tries to "recommend" a show I have no interest in. (I have "auto play" off but nothing changed). Let me read the damn credits even if it's the last 10 seconds. Is that too much to ask?

I wanted to catch up since season 3 started, but season 1 & 2 are gone. What gives? Did they move those seasons to another streaming?

In my attempt to take a step away from the daily scroll, I'm wanting to find something interesting to watch. I just got paramount plus. I'm wide open for suggestions.

I entered my first ever P+ subscription back in mid July when the Avatar Aang movie came out. Was planning to use the free trial to watch the movie and cancel. Then did the classic and forgot to cancel in time, for which they billed me for one month (standard tier 9.99€/m) a week later. I cancelled instantly so I wouldn't forget to do it a month later. So the subscription ended about late August. Now with Avatar Seven Havens I wanted to resubscribe for one month as they release episodes weekly. Now if I go to choose a subscription, it says "Standard Tier 9.99€ per month + 7 day free trial" (along with "welcome back!" so they definitely remember I've been subbed before) as I enter my choice, and on the payment page it says billing date will be October 17th. I have only been unsunscribed for not even two months. I thought the 7 day trial is a one off thing only per account. I'm using the Android app. Is it just a visual bug or does it truly refresh after such a short time?

What's your impression of the video quality of live NFL games streamed over Paramount+? For me, it's kind of a letdown compared to games on Amazon or Peacock. The games streamed on P+ look very compressed. I don't know if P+ is giving me a local station's feed (KEYE-42, Austin) or if it's a direct stream from CBS national, but in either case it's not really any crisper than watching the games on KEYE over Youtube TV. KEYE's picture quality is lousy because of all the subchannels they air, the motion artifacts and compression make NFL games look like mush. I was hoping P+ would provide more of a full quality feed from a better source.
Thanks for any feedback!

Do they no longer do next day releases anymore, for years the day after a show airs its on Paramount Plus, NCIS, FBI and CIA to name a few, but its been days and they are still not there.
They even still advertising the day after releases on the the TV ads.
Update (10/10/26): Got annoyed enough to contact support, apparently they seem to be releasing a week late, they told me the dates as they were releasing next day, then when they rechecked they are scheduled to release a week later

Hello everyone.
This is kind of a rant. I loved the show lucifer! It was so good with Tom Ellis.
So imagine my surprise when I noticed they started a new show with him that seemed super interesting on Paramount Plus, CIA. I started to watch it and got like 2 or 3 episodes in the first season, really getting into it. Then suddenly, I could not watch it anymore. The entire first season disappeared and they started to premier the second season. Now the only place you can get season 1 is if you buy the entire season on Amazon prime.
This is soo frustrating! The show literally was created in February of 2026, only a few months ago and they already decided to sell the rights to Amazon or something. I am actually angry and I am going to remove my subscription, I barely use paramount plus (even got the higher tier subscription) and when I got really excited and into a show they do this!!! Its crazy.
Feel free to leave more frustrating comments lol.

I cannot stress how funny this show is. I’m on season 3 and the writing is so fast paced, witty, lighthearted and adorably silly.
This show makes me so happy! It’s an Australian show with very charming leads. The actors are married in real life so tons of chemistry!!
They are unknown strangers that randomly cause an injury to a dog and go to take him to the vet together and it all starts there!
If you’re having a bad day, need some lighthearted laughs, or just appreciate the fast paced style of Australian shows should check it out

Also, is it valid for new signups? Thanks!
UPDATE:
I decided to do a short-term solution. I signed up for a new account using my AmEx Blue Cash Everyday card, which has an offer for $13.99/mo statement credit for 3 months, so that's 3 months for free while I look for a good, hopefully 50% off annual deal.

This is maybe a niche question for this sub but no one in the Survivor subs seem to have any answers.
Wondering if anyone knows anything about the strange licensing situation for Survivor US (CBS) in Australia?
Currently only seasons 35 - 50 are available on Paramount. Anything prior is listed as unavailable. Meanwhile, the new season (51) is airing week by week on an Australian streamer called Stan. 9Now, the streaming service for Channel 9 which used to air the newer seasons on free-to-air now has no seasons. And 10Play, the streamer for Ch10 which airs Australian Survivor has only S49 for some strange reason.
It's all very confusing. If Paramount owns CBS, then why aren't all seasons of a major CBS title available on the platform? Can anyone shed any light?

So we went to cancel Paramount Plus and were offered a 75 percent discount on our annual subscription, which we accepted. However, come renewal time, they took the full amount out.
Contacting them, they said the discount offer was down to a system error on Paramount's side, which they were attempting to fix. They then said they could only offer us a 50 percent discount.
Just a warning if anyone gets a 75 percent off offer.
