So this started as a normal guild base, just a stone fortress with conveyor belts and Pals doing their thing. Then I got carried away and built my own house on the side. Tatami floors, paper lanterns, a bamboo corner, a little deck over the water with a fireplace and some cushions to sit on.

Cherry trees are literally everywhere now, which wasn't the plan but I'm not complaining. The Pals are still working way harder than me tho, I mostly just fly around on my Jetragon and sit by the fire.

Still a work in progress, I'm not sure what to add next. Any ideas?

I'm level 50, but I think I've mostly been playing as a Pal collector and base manager.

My normal routine is catching every Pal I see, exploring the overworld, breeding base workers, and occasionally doing a dungeon. For combat, I mostly fly around on Beakon, use my Assault Rifle and Meowmere, and do the fighting myself.

The problem is I don't really have a strong combat team, and I feel like I'm missing a big part of the game.

I'd like to get better at:

• Building a strong combat team
• Using Pals effectively in battle
• Running harder dungeons
• Taking on tougher bosses
• Doing my first Bellanoir raid

If you were coaching a player with my playstyle, what would you have me focus on first?

I feel like I've spent 100+ hours becoming a professional Pal catcher while completely ignoring Combat 101.

Im pretty sure people have talk about this before with more detail, with some having more knowledge of this game mechanics and whatnot. But i just want to throw my opinion in this discussion.

We should be able to use pals as weapons while still having our main pal out. We should be able to swipe to one of our pals and if they can be use as a temporary weapon it should give us a prompt to press "T" to use them. Like instead of instead of recovering our pals to release skutlass or lamball to use and release our main attackers again, we can have them both out while having only one of them be temporarily out.

And here are some suggestions for more pal necklace without creating new pals.
Bristilla: Have a small chance to ivy-cover enemies while attaching.
Flambelle: Have a small chance to apply burn to enemies while attacking.
muffly: Have a small chance to apply freeze to enemies while attacking.
Hangyu: Have a small chance to apply muddy to enemies while attacking.

I have a base full of fully condensed Alpha Astegon and am looking to replace them with Alpha Sekhemts asap. Base is too cluttered. What level mining does an Aplha Sekhemt need to become a more proficient miner than that of the aforementioned Astegon(s)? I don't have a lot of books atm and want to reclaim my base.

I played palworld during the beta and loved it, had a year or so away and came back for the 1.0.

Now I'm seeing people share their pals with maxed out passives, maxed out mining/handiwork (etc) and it is confusing the hell out of me. How are people getting such outrageous pals?

Is it simply a case of just constantly breeding and hoping you get better passives? Do you need to catch loads to condense them and that makes them better? How are you planning your breeding? Do I need to just go hunting out loads of the books to upgrade their work skills?

Sorry for the questions but I feel like this aspect of the game is completely different to how it was when I played it last time.

I just got into the world tree, thanks to many of you giving me helpful tips on how to beat Panthalus (Thank you all very much for that).

I captured a chillet ignis, with God of Destruction as a passive. Now I don't normally ride Chillets. I ride a Jetragon fully condensed with mid stats (I didn't have the glasses when I did that). Now i'm wondering, could I somehow pass that trait to a jetragon ? I'm 99% sure I can't, due to Jetragon being a legendary pal and only being able to make jetragon eggs with another jetragon, but the people on here hold a lot more knowledge than I do, so if it were to be possible, I'm sure one of you would have the answer.

I looked for a mod which increases the radius of the bases. There are several available, so I was wondering which of them is the most reliable in terms of maintainance? So if there is a breaking update which mod gets updated fast?

Let me preface this by saying I am not good at playing games at all. This is such a big accomplishment for me. I don’t have any legendary schematics or armor. I just used a maxed out Solenne, Helzephyr Lux, Orserk, Azuremane, and Silvegis. Im so proud of myself 🥹!! I didn’t follow any guides really, I just started reading pal skills and tried my best. First try win!!!🩷🩷🩷🥹🥹🥹 I’m kind of sad I’m at endgame… BUT I won’t consider myself done with the game until I max out every single pal in the palpedia 😈 Full Ivs, 4 stars, the whole yards.

my level is 28, and as you can see, my first base location isn’t the best, but i really like it because it’s beautiful

where should i place my second base, keeping the end game in mind, or at least the mid-to-late game

I know that both Zoe and Auri canonically survive their encounter with the player, since you speak with them after the battle, and Zoe even gives you a small quest line, but what about the others? Do they canonically live or die after their fights? I'm pretty sure the final boss dies, given the ending, but not sure about the others.

Maybe in a future update, they'll add in similar post-fight quest lines like Zoe's, rewarding special versions of their respective pals? I just want to know more about them..

Especially Axel, given we know fuck-all about him and his one journal.

I have over 30k in stone, ore, and wood. At what point do I stop automating my resources. I have the same in berries, lettuce, and tomatoes. I am a beginner so I am not sure what I am going to need and how much I should hoard, I mean stockpile.

So I was considering an interesting challenge run for my second play through since most the map being skipable once you have a flier means you miss a lot of stuff and this question came up. Im fairly sure 99% of the game is reachable without all of the above but the one concern I had was can you actually reach Auri’s tower without any of the above methods? As far as Im aware there’s no teleported to her island so can you actually reach it through some weird base build to climb up?

I thought it would be cool to build my main base here right by these ships, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I want it to have space, but also look cool and aesthetically pleasing. If anyone can offer help I would appreciate it. I always struggle with base building in games unfortunately.

Being an extremely slow player, I try to push myself to progress faster on public servers. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on building aesthetics so I intentionally went for simplicity (6x6x6 cube, pyramid roof, 3 floors), but made the ombre effect to fit in better with the local colors and for my own personal pleasure. Much editing potential (I thought about adding some porches, etc.), but a "sketch" idea for the future... Enough talk, this is a one-month server! Time to get started on making hexolite!
