Including a monitor trying to build a gaming PC for the budget roughly 3lakh. I have some spare 16 gigs of ddr4 ram laying around. Is it worth implementing them in exchange for future upgradability or just build a fresh am5 build?

hi actually im going to build my first own pc but the prob is im not too much fond abt GPUs, im not sure which one is worth it acc to my usage n Budget,,so i have a budget of around 55k to 60k..im good with a used gpu but with a really good condition n my usage is mid tier gaming like valorant on 1080p , arc raiders, cyber punk, Fortnite, cyberpunk im also going to use the pc for my work related things which includes video editing, rendering n ai ml workflows not too much heavy thou, im also going to use Cad softwaresfor my projects...following are my rest Pc specs..

a much powerful corsair PSU...

my other pc specs r much more better as comp to my desired gpu n can support really high end GPUs but atp im kinda broke and cant afford to buy a same tier Gpu...so pls help me out, what do u think is the best gpu for my price range along with my usage demands...
