- Must have Back-up solutions in case of technical issues (Power outage or Wi-Fi router failing)
- TEFL OR TESOL Certificate is a must!

Rate: ₱120-₱180 per 50-minute classes conducted through classin

Operating Hours are Mon–Sun, 9 AM–10 PM with the Peak Hours being 6 PM–10 PM

What you’ll do

• Provide technical support for digital dentistry systems, CAD/CAM workflows, and dental laboratory applications.
• Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM case documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams and support partners to resolve complex technical concerns.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of Dentistry with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in 3Shape Dental System, TRIOS, 3Shape Unite, scanners, and digital dental design.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM workflows, dental laboratory processes, and technical troubleshooting.
