Mistakes happen, of course, and in retrospect, this isn't the biggest deal. If my (older) kid had this happen, I'd be confident that they'd be fine, but I think that if this had happened when my kid was a kindergartener, in the first few days of school, I'd be freaking out, too.

FLX Retreats: Pilates + Sound Bath + More

Hi! I’m a local NJ small business owner and wanted to share a wellness event I’m hosting at Hotel Nyack on **Sunday, October 4** for anyone looking for a fun girls’ morning / Sunday reset situation.

I started FLX to create wellness experiences that feel a little more social and special than just taking a fitness class — and this one has turned into such a good morning.

We’re doing:
✨ DJ-led Pilates Sculpt
✨ Sound bath
✨ Brunch at Hotel Nyack
✨ Wellness pop-ups + local brands
✨ A FLX tote with a curated lineup of products from some of our favorite wellness brands

It’s **9 AM–12:30 PM** and everything is included in the **$125 ticket**.

You definitely don’t need to be a Pilates person or a wellness expert — the whole idea is to come move, hang out, meet people, eat brunch, discover some new brands, and make a morning of it.
