Diagnosed ADHD and anxiety. I'm essentially really anxious at baseline and to events. I bring baseline anxiety somewhat down using ashwaghanda but it doesn't help much with acute anxiety spikes and rejection sensitive dysphoria. Propranolol is useless for the mental aspect of it as well. Guanfacine and clonidine aren't available. Stimulants don't make anxiety better or particularly worse.

Is Selank worth a try for this or is it most likely a waste of money? Does anyone have an experience with it for anxiety/RSD?
