Leave something beautiful to find for ones that come after you.

Every once in a while, meaning every 10 minutes, somebody comes here saying that they don't have anything to do, that they've done and own everything and that the game doesn't have any point...

For those that say that, but for some reason still stick around I say: Create and upload beautiful things (bases)... Truly - we all want more cool things to discover in this universe. And base building is really not that hard... You don't have to make Ocarina of Time castle reconstruction, just make something huge and loud. Find a pocket of galaxy, maybe closer to centre, and start colonizing it. One star after the other.

We have each 400 bases to upload and I think even if its pointless, it's the best use of our time. More than likely this game will be around in 10 years time, and so, just like in real life, the best thing you can do with its world is to leave it a bit more beautiful and interesting for the ones that will play it after us.

I like that we can make our own ships now.. but it's a very awkward process

I think it would be so cool to set up a base on a cratered dead world, just like mars or titan in real life.

I visited a planet that reminded me of the vibe from the film, and I asked the AI ​​to change only my character’s pose keeping the entire setting, the corvette, and the spacesuit exactly as they were in an attempt to create an adaptation of the Interstellar poster.

So, I’ve been playing No Man’s Sky for around 60 hours now, and I think it’s time for my first professional performance review.
I’ve acquired a Sentinel ship, a freighter, and enough random items to open a moderately unsuccessful intergalactic convenience store.

-Do I understand what half of these things do?
Absolutely not.

-Do I collect everything that glows?
Religiously.

-Do I have a strategic plan?
Yes. It’s called “I’ll probably need this later.”

At this point, I’m basically a space hoarder with a pilot’s licence.

You asked, and we listened! 🫡 Here are the glyphs for Super Earth 🌎, a Helldivers-themed Paradise Giant planet!
I wanted to bring a little Helldivers into No Man’s Sky, so we put together a planet complete with a system named Sol and a capital city called Prosperity City.
Credit for the Super Destroyer build goes to Joan on the No Man’s Sky app! Everything else was created by me, my friends, and some random players who jumped in to help. Huge thanks to everyone who contributed!
Depending on your difficulty settings, Automatons (Sentinels 😂) will be around too. Touch or destroy Whispering Eggs at Abandoned Buildings, and Terminids (Biological Horrors 😂) will spawn. Gotta keep that Helldivers atmosphere going!
FOR SUPER EARTH! 🫡
A couple things before you head out:
You’ll need purple star systems unlocked, and you must be in the Rewmanawa Galaxy for the portal glyphs to take you to the right location.
If you’re not in that galaxy, don’t worry! There are volunteer-driven taxi services that can help you get there.
One of the biggest and most well-known is PanGalactic StarCabs. They’re a large group of volunteer players who help transport people around the galaxy.
Here’s how it works:
● Join the PanGalactic StarCabs Discord and submit a cab ticket with your platform, game mode, and destination galaxy.
● A cabbie adds your friend code, groups up with you in multiplayer, and travels to the destination.
● Once they’re there, summon the Space Anomaly, fly out, and choose the option to warp directly to their system.
Best part? It’s completely FREE! Huge shoutout to the volunteers who help people get around.

If Sentinels aren’t your thing, are you even a Helldiver? 😂 Just kidding!
Here are a few ways to deactivate them:
● Switch your difficulty to Creative.
● Find a marked Sentinel Pillar (look for a red save beacon or marked base).
● Use a Sentinel Boundary Map to locate a Sentinel Pillar.
● Or, my personal favorite, survive all five waves of Sentinel forces to reveal the location of their Pillar!
There’s also an abandoned space station!
Super Earth has an uncommon retro-style abandoned space station that’s pretty eerie and a massive hit of nostalgia for veteran players.
Since the station is abandoned, you’ll have to join the Freedom Alliance in the neighboring system if you want to get involved. It’s a new faction that’s just getting started, so come join the cause, spread Managed Democracy, and pour yourself a hot cup of Liber-tea! ☕🫡
One last thing about the planet’s appearance:
The weather is beautiful, so you can still have clear blue skies on the surface even if the atmosphere looks yellowish from orbit or at high altitude.
Depending on your difficulty settings, the planet might show up as Grassy Giant instead of Paradise Giant. Don’t let that throw you off! It’s still the same beautiful, storm-free environment as the Paradise biome, just with Automatons hanging around. 😂
I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but I think that covers most of it!
Seriously, what an incredible game and community No Man’s Sky has. Anyone is welcome to come visit, explore, and build. The planet is massive, just like gas giants in space, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. No rush getting here!

Asymmetrical with a Tractor Boom on the right to get very close to the Salvage Unit on the Salvage Station. Makes it much easier to stand next to the processor and just pull the salvage to you then release it and have it just pulled into the processor unit.

Since it’s an unmanned combat aircraft concept, the living quarters are not very spacious.

FOR CLARIFICATION, this is the mining laser, Stellerators, and the optical drill in a weird configuration, applied to ONE sentinel.

Steam likes to pixelate things for some reason - but you get the idea. This is my first corvette that I've made and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's all base game stuff too!
