Broke one of my original bolts and these bolts I got from oreilys are probably the reason why my car is leaking.

Hi all. While driving I've begun to see white smoke entering the cabin that carries that dreaded sweet smell of coolant. The degas bottle has been mysteriously losing coolant, and there is a leak from the back of the engine onto what I think is the sway bar. After sitting overnight, I can pop the cap off and hear gurgling coming from somewhere on the engine. Looking with a flashlight there is clearly moisture in the valley under the intake manifold. There is no noticeable moisture on the passenger side floor, and smoke doesnt come out of the vents with the heater on.
After a bit of research I've figured out that the intake manifolds on these tend to wear out and leak, but it could also be the heater hoses. Is there a way to ensure which it is before I start taking things apart and buying new parts?
Just for a bit of background, this is a replaced engine, the original blew a headgasket, the previous car I owned (a 97 V6) also blew a headgasket. So Im kind of freaking out here hoping Im not 0 for 3 on healthy engines 😂

Also how reliable are these cars? Are they enough to daily to school and not have a ton of problems?

Definitely got some brutal chrome chipping. The other wheels are starting to peel, but not as bad as the first. Anyone know how to stop chrome from peeling anymore?

Hey fellas! Finishing up a rebuild on my 04 GT, And am running into a small issue.
When completely tightened, the line on my power steering pump seems to be loose?
The line I ordered has the OEM style flare fitting on it, but it came with 2 extra o rings.
Do any of the o rings go on the pump end?
Or is the play normal?

Hey guys, I have a 2000 mustang gt, was wondering if there’s any info out there on replacing the hydroboost unit? My hydroboost leaks from where the hose connects to the powersteering pump to the distribution block, I had stripped the threads a little when I was replacing the hose a while back, and have now just decided to work on it since my hose started to leak where the hose connects to the pump, I have decided to replace the pump, hose and hydroboost unit to solve it all at once, was going to take it to a mechanic shop but they quoted me for 2.3k for parts and labor, so I decided to buy the parts from lmr, and only saw like 1 video on replacing the hydroboost unit, was hoping to see if yall can recommend more forums or videos on replacing them . Thanks

Changed my spark plugs on my 2002 GT yesterday, and found spark plug wells #6 and #8 full of coolant. Pretty sure my culprit is the classic new edge manifold cracking. Which of these would yall recommend, im doing the work myself and was thinking of going with the SKP as ive heard the dorman robs power. Any recs?

I upgraded to a larger BBK throttle body on my 03 GT but ever since the car has been running weak and hesitant in the higher RPM. I replaced the gasket and made sure everything was torqued down, adjusted the TPS sensor, and relearned the idle and nothing fixed the issue. Does anyone know a fix or what to investigate?

How are we feeling about the newer style wheels on New Edges? These are made specifically in 18" with SN-95 offsets.

I recently got a 04 gt 40th anniversary 4.6 automatic, it's got a few little goodies like a bbk cold air intake, 93 tune, 4.10 gears, and steeda lightweight oulleys, been having issues like it'll idle fine in park and when I rev it, it'll bog at about 3 to 4k rpm when it comes down it missfires, I've changed spark plugs, fuel filter, and messes with the throttle position sensor, some of the things I can think of to mess with and still no luck, will be happy to provide more details when asked but would like some pointers
