Hi there! I recently discovered the 2ds online revival scene and Netpass, I'm falling in love with all of this :3 unfortunately background Streetpasses are not working. Here are all the details on the matter:

- Console: old 2ds

- Luma, 3ds, original 3ds software and Netpass are all up to date

- Pretendo Is installed and working with online play, friends etc

- Netpass spotpass works, I received spotpass about the puzzle and the Dorian message

- Netpass patches have been downloaded both from the cia and the 3dsx versions

- FIRMs and game patches are enabled

PROBLEMS:

- I get streetpasses only when opening the Netpass app, I never received a single streetpass while playing or with the console in sleep mode (kept at it up to 10 hours from the moment I entered a Netpass location, so that I would be able to get 10 full hours in sleep mode before getting automatically kicked)

- BOSS tools shows the Nintendo URL in the sprelay task (idk if it's supposed to change but I'll leave it as extra info)

- The Netpass Pretendo integration gets automatically off when I exit and re enter the app

EDIT: Apparently the Pretendo Streetpass works in the background with PN friends, I guess the pretendo integration would resolve the matter but as I said before it turns off automatically.

I’ve never used netpass but ive seen videos. A lot of people use netpass so they can get more streetpasses but I will never use netpass. I feel like it takes the fun away from taking your 3ds everywhere and trying to find one.

I just recently learned what the qr code feature does in Netpass, and i remembered the special spotpass miis that would appear on your mii plaza for special occasions. I wasn't around for those days, and REALLY REALLY want them in my plaza. Idk if it is possible, or if im really posting in the right subreddit, but a clear answer would be awesome :3

I'm new using netpass so it might be the reason behind my doubts, but I used it yesterday, and in total I got 0 streetpasses since I activated it and until now that I changed "locations" on it, is this normal? Not a single one. I try to press "check inbox" too, but it only seems to load for 3 seconds and nothing happens at the end. How does this work? I thought I'd check it today and get back to atleast some streepasses, but there were none at all

i opened my netpass and this error message popped up, i tried bypassing it to update netpass and then the second error message popped up. pleasee if anyone anyone knowss a way to fix it plss lmkk🙏🙏

Why does my Netpass crash when I try to press one of the following options? But it still finds only a few people at a time, I hope there is a way to find more people at the same time

i looked on the faq twice before i decided to ask here- after getting on the cat cafe location on netpass, my first netpass passes included 4 at once (yippe!!!) but when i came back 4 hours later after not looking at it, i had only gotten one. is it all just a roll of the dice how many i get in the ten hours im at a certain location (based on how many are at that location ofc), or am i doing something wrong?

I don’t want to get banned off Netpass over someone else’s mii so I’m wondering if theirs anyway to get rid of it without risk of ban or without making it someone else’s issue.

So Ive been trying to get netpass to work for street pass in Yokai watch, but even though my build is 2126, netpass still doesn't want to work on azahar for some reason. I play on android, so I'm not sure if there are some extra files I may need in order for netpass to work since I've read that it may need some kind of connection from an actual 3ds (which I lack). If anybody knows any kind of solution, I would appreciate it alot.

Today I tried to get in the app and I'm getting this error. That's on a n3ds, I have a o3ds and works fine.

Yesterday I updated rosalina Cuz I wasn't getting the netpass puzzle since it said I wasn't enabling the firms thingy although I did, I guess it just was cuz it was an old version. It worked and I got the puzzle, and netpass worked fine yesterday. I'm mentioning it Cuz Idk if that has anything to do.

I'd like to know how to solve this problem in Azahar. I searched for nid_pwd.bin in the folders he provided and found that this .bin file exists. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm on 266 days and counting.

I want to completely wipe all data from StreetPass Mii Plaza on my 2DS and start from scratch.

I mean everything: StreetPass Miis, plaza progress, game progress, collected pieces, etc. I want the Mii Plaza to behave as if it had never been used before.

My 2DS is running CFW.

I've already tried deleting the following extdata folders through GodMode9:

\- "00000220"

\- "00000228"

Neither method changed anything — all my StreetPass Mii Plaza data is still there.

Is there another location where the Mii Plaza save data is stored, or another proper way to completely reset it?

I don't want to factory reset the entire 2DS just for this.

Any help would be appreciated.
