I was a Jett main sorta, then swapped to Neon when she dropped...I never liked this game but then I downloaded it yesterday and now I'm no longer buns. It's okay now.

As someone who's been playing Neon ever since the Entertain me era, I was in shambles when the nerf happened and im sure all of you long time neon players must've felt the same. I dropped the game for 3 months , (I remember May 13th like it was yesterday).

Now that i've gotten back into it, Neon feels almost useless in terms of how she can provide to the team when the enemies are just as good if not better, and by that i mean:- We used to be able to gain info,kills, be a good entry/ support all because of our movement. And now that's gone and we can only run in straight lines , jumping while running feels pathetic and makes us an even easier target to shoot. Jett and Raze mains can enter sites in insane ways while Neon is practically helpless.

If im being completely honest I feel like playing neon is like gambling cuz I deadass have to stun one side and peek the other. No second slide , no second stun , 10s ult, no juice recharge even when THEY LITERALLY CUT HER LEGS OFF, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF REMOVING RECHARGE IF YOU WERE GONNA REMOVE HER MOVEMENT SPEED?? (like , our neon movement)

Anyways what i meant to say is, we need something because they've genuinely killed her and she's nowhere close to being a good duelist. They essentially reduced her skill ceiling , It feels like they took an agent that took hours in the range to master , and turned her into just another "W" character, like all the non-neon mains think we are

We should do something...Multiple proper emails to riot? I don't know man, I really just want my neon back I played nothing but neon whenever I was on val and seeing her like this genuinely breaks my heart

Is there anything we can do? Any form of begging that will bring even the slightest of change? If yes then let's do it. We need to do something

The upcoming nerfs are just insane and we should do something about it. The champ wont be playable anymore at least how it is supposed to be played.

What are your thoughts on the current meta? There is so much hate it seems regarding the state of neon currently and everyone is begging for a huge nerf/ rework.

I personally I think neon is fairly balanced and has been is a great place for a long time. The only reason why neon is getting so much attention is because sentinels were nerfed to the ground and now there is nothing to slow her down. She now can run in with no fear cause no one plays sentinels any more.

Even if Jett isn't your main she goes hard on a keyboard setup. Could also be the perfect gift for that one Jett main friend you have — you know who they are.

So i got my jump on mouse wheel but my bhops still arent full momentum, is there like a timing to it to learn or just gotta get a feel?

Is there also something i should know to get better at movement, i wanna slide and push but keep getting onetapped.

How to move it move it?

I started playing neon a couple days ago. It was a lot of fun and I've performed the best I have for a while now. For context, I'm a sentinel main, usually KJ or deadlock. I wanted to switch things up and I tried duelist. It went really well. Yesterday I did some looking into how to play neon better so I could play even better today. Let's just say that did not happen. It was shit. A part of it was my aim wasn't at its best today, but Im also having problems with her movement.

When I'm practicing her, I can do everything just fine, but when I'm in a fight and I try sliding to the side of an opponent to shoot them, it just crouches instead and keeps getting me killed. And always at the worst times. It also feels like it takes to long before she pulls out the gun so I can shoot. I've already finished sliding and my opponent can headshot me before it lets me pull my gun out.

I do just fine with her stun and wall, but the slide and sprint keep screwing me over. Any advice? Or just general info to help me get better at her? All the guides I find online are for PC, so I feel like it doesn't help me very much
