In order to make product lists concise and easily identifiable, please put your product list separately at the very beginning or very end of the text, rather than have it interspersed throughout the main text body (of the post or comment).
For easy readability, each product should be on its own line rather than separated by commas.
You will need to hit "enter" twice after each line in order for this to format properly, otherwise they'll get grouped together, like this:
Essie Smooth-E base coat Essie For Audrey Essie Good To Go top coat
Post Title:
I love Essie!
Text body:
Here is a manicure I did using a few different polishes. For the base shade I used For Audrey, which is such a lovely Tiffany blue. After that, I added a coat of Ethereal Escape to give it this lovely shimmer. I also used their Smooth-E base coat and Good To Go top coat.
The issue here is that the brand name and shade names are not together. The brand name is in the title, while the shade names are mixed in the text body.

Top Coat: Glossy Taco by Holo Taco x2
This color is so pretty (the sparkles, omg! ๐), and has definitely gotten me in the mood for fall, especially since it's cooled down considerably where I live.
I hope y'all are having a wonderful Sunday and, as always, happy painting! ๐ ๐ โค๏ธ

I am very new to the scene, and have only ever used one other Sally Hansen color, that being Purplexed. I love the color of Hyp-nautical, but it just refuses to dry!
I'll do thin even (ish lol) coats on one hand, wait 10 mins and then do the other hand. I also don't do more than 2 coats, and I also do a 10 min wait between each coat
Whenever I prep I file and trim my nails, and use a nail brush and some gentle handsoap to wash my hands/nails thoroughly.
I make sure to rinse and dry well, and then I usually wait 5 minutes to make extra sure that everything is dry.
I got Hyp-nautical a few days ago from target with my brother, and only got around to using it tonight.
With the other color I've used 10 mins is MORE than enough for it to set and dry. It's been over an hour and the Hyp still feels gummy and even shifts in places with the lightest pressure.
If anyone has any advice for a new painter, I'd really appreciate it. I'd hate to return a gift, but if I can't get this to work then I think that's my only option :(
PRODUCT LISTING TO APEASE MODS: Sally Hansen Hyp-Nautical, Sally Hansen Pur-Plexed.

Cocoa jelly! This is such a beautiful color of brown with a reddish undertone โ Iโm getting it to replace โghostedโ by LA colors. Anyone knows of any other groups would love to hear about it๐๐

Hi all, so certain colors is $12.50 a bottle. $15 is pretty much my limit that Iโll spend Itโs not 18 itโs not 20, Iโm in love with one color and Iโm getting it. But I have to ask what is the deal with the shipping? it then makes it $20. With my budget I just feel silly spending this on a nail polish. Is it coming from London? This is to replace ghosted by LA colors, used to the last drop and no longer available. Itโs totally worth it โ just having a hard time getting past that seven dollars! Anyone please to chime in on this? Oh yeah, the color is Cocoa jelly โ beauty! Thanks so much!๐

Iโve heard water based doesnโt have an odor but that most of them peel, which isnโt great.
Does have any low odor recommendations?

Hi! I'm making some little sculptures and nail polish was the most convenient medium near me that was opaque and easily spread into a thin, even layer. But I need it done soon... (will be casting in 2 part epoxy resin and my 24 hours of curing time is running out...)
I was wondering if anyone here knows what process is happening when common drugstore nail polish dries (cures?) and how to speed that up?
This is not on a nail and will never be used as nail art, so using aggressive chemicals and heat are not an issue.
I read that the first step is removing the solvents, but then a deeper 'curing' is needed to harden everything?

essie first fitting x2
manucurist active smooth00 x2
essie gel couture top coat x1
i painted half my nail with essie first fitting and i did two coats. i used a rounded brush dipped in acetone to carve out the french shape. i applied active smooth after to give some thickness without warping the white color a significant amount. this method was much more satisfactory the past attempts with nail french stickers and took the same amt of time.

KBShimmer Take Back CTRL
And 2 coats of :

There is no top or base coat at this time.
As a sheer shimmery girly I love Valentina it is so magical and really can transform anything itโs gotta be in my top 3.

I know about Harlow and co and clionadh
Iโm just curious where else I could be looking for nail polish that Iโm not going to have a risk of duties or paying crazy costs.
Thereโs so many beautiful indie brands that donโt ship here for example Death Valley really interests me but itโs not avalable here or cost alot if I were to order them.
I love Harlow and co and the different brands they offer like cirque, INLP, kbshimmer and polished for days.
But I really would like to try other brands too. Are there any other websites like Harlow and co that stock a variety of different brands?

Iโm a big fan of Essie but I feel like there are probably better quality options out there that also wonโt break the bank. So..any recommendations for brands that are similar in price point and quality to Essie but with more interesting options? I do my nails like once a week at home so the more variety the better ๐ต
Edit to add: Iโm really into deep, moody fall colors right now: like wine red, Bordeaux, navy blue, plum, anything like that in particular is โจโจโจ
