Does anyone know the reason why they shut down permanently? After searching for years to find a physiatrist that could genuinely help me, I found Dr Diaz in 2023 and he was the only person that actually helped my issues. So this news is genuinely devastating for me.

Does anybody else notice the local CW station in Mobile glitching periodically during shows lately? Been happening for at least the last month. I'm watching it on DirecTV, so I don't know if it's an issue specifically with their feed of it or if it's happening with other providers as well.

I sent the station a message about it a few weeks back but never got a response.

Last month, I started my first career job here in Mobile, but I've been crashing at my brother's place and fear I am out-staying my welcome. I'm looking for good place to stay here, preferably in West Mobile. I have 2 cats. My budget is somewhere less than $1,300 a month and that is including pet rent. I would like to live with my boyfriend, (19M) but I still want to be the responsible party on the lease and would prefer he be listed as just an occupant. I make enough to handle the bills on my own, and I have good credit while he has no credit. Most apartments I've looked at do not seem to allow me this option. I would like to look into places not owned by big companies but have no idea where to find them. I'm feeling kind of out of my element since I am not from here and don't know whether an area is good or not. Anybody have recommendations?

For those renting an apartment in a complex, who renewed the lease once it expired, can you please share:

1-If your rent increased when you renewed?

2-The previous and new rent amount? (In other words the percentage of the increase.)

3-The number of bedrooms in your apartment.

I'm considering moving to Mobile. But it seems like the area has a low vacancy rate. So I'm concerned that indicates a shortage of rentals, and therefore likely price spikes.
