My base is themed around colors of the rainbows and each room does its best to be both functional and embody the color designated to it. Today I have finished my yellow room (though it's more of like a slight orange) as you might have guessed this is my workshop and storage area!

Admittedly I finished the room a while ago but only just put in the final decorations.

What do you think of the banners? Do they convey the idea of tools or do they just look silly?

Been working on this and thought id showcase it

Hey, I was hoping I could get some help on why exactly my lighthouse looks off. The black ring and the ladder on front is just to make building easier so I will remove once finished, but When I look at it, it just looks wrong to me but I am unable to pinpoint why exactly that is. I think it might be because the top most white ring is three blocks tall instead of two like the other layers are but I am not sure. Thank you!

Playing 1.12.2 is nostalgic

i am currently in a creative version of my hardcore world since i'm testing how to make the dome so i don't struggle too hard when i go back to my actual world. is this shape alright? i've been experimenting with stuff but this is about as close as i got to something that fits reasonably to my eyes.

would also love to know how to go about filling the dome with glass! if you notice the pillars with slabs on top of them, they're meant to be arches that also converge on the smaller tower at the top, but i have no idea how to go about it since they're going diagonally. should i fill out the glass shape (and if so, how?) and then adjust the diagonal arches around them? appreciate the help!

i play on a server with my friends online and im building a kind of solarpunk town/city. i need suggestions on what i could improve as well as what i could build next in theme for the town.

17,000 block castle finally completed for my starter base. Some of the courtyard (water fountain and plants) and decorating still needs to be done but moving onto phase two of my build where going to build an underground complex for my base with farms and storage hall. Along with an underground rail line to my iron farm (150 blocks away).
