I was waiting until my birthday week to purchase control resonant and mortal shell 2, but when I put them in my cart, it shows my card only and I have over 200k in rewards points. Is it because I can’t use those points during my birthday week or is something else going on?

Since Sunday I haven’t been able to redeem any quest it’s acting like I haven’t done them. I’ve been playing hours and hours of Gears on sunday and monday, this made me lose points from the weekly gamepass streak because i couldn’t have the last day and now also the first day as it wasn’t working yesterday too. I’ve tried everything, logging out, clearing my console’s cache, playing on cloud on my phone nothing makes it, I tried reaching the support but I haven’t had any answers. Has anyone ever had this bug before and if yes is there a way to fix it?

Today I finally reached one million lifetime Rewards points, which was much harder in the EU than in the US due to fewer special offers.

I began collecting around 2015 but really got into it with my Xbox Series X in 2020.

I’ve spent nearly all my points on GamePass Ultimate, which is prepaid until May 2028, and invested only 60 bucks of my own money to have it since its release.

ok, might as well be fully honest. look, I've been Restricted for over a year at this point. I know I said it a lot, I delete my reddit account a lot because I don't use it a lot. but might as well be honest. I tried everything. and even support is no help so much that I just gave up & said "Screw this!" because them keep telling me "manual & genuine" so much that it becomes repeated just... doesn't work for me when I know what manual is but genuine just feels like a puzzle piece that I can't figure out. and there's no examples.

I mean, I just wanted help here. with getting unrestricted. but I just gave up & gone for 100 points for searches per day. because if I have no idea on what to do, they are not even going to help me out.

I have about 190K+ points, enough to redeem gift cards to get game pass ultimate maybe just 8 times over. and.... I just give up on help. because microsoft rewards just kept me in this restriction for over a year, October to October, 2025 to 2026. and even then, I just never got the help I needed. and I wanted a full, clear, consistent answer that I can understand.

For the free offer that's going on, I went down the list in order and redeemed my free movie, but now I cannot access the bing rewards offer page. There is supposed to be a "buy movie" button that let's you get $10 off. I know it's not even a great deal, but I was looking forward to it and now the page will not let me visit it. Is it possible someone has the link to share where the buy movie button takes you to?

Thanks to rewards program. Earlier this year Jun 28 preordered GTA VI for $85 after redeeming around $100 worth of points as I picked up some cheap easy achievement games as well LOL.

Had around $20 also from before expiring in oct/nov so redeemed $50 worth of points to have $70 in hand. I had a prepaid card with $20 bal in it and tried to purchase the x25 controller. It would go through. Tried few times than store AI bot / actual person then they told me to wait few hours as it seems some issue with the prepaid card. After few hours I tried again but order would go through. So redeemed $20 worth of points so I could cove full $85 and still it wouldn't. Again store AI bot / real person and finally they sent me a purchase link through which I could checkout using all the balance. With the prepaid card bought one bundle of games worth 5000 Gamer score and another 2 games for 3k gamer score each.

Had 0/12 last night, my search one time showed up today fine and got me to 1/12, but when I hit the daily check in I saw the puzzle piece animation go to the 1/12 like it was going to add then poof, nothing. Still stuck at 1/12 instead of 2/12 lol. Wasn’t sure if I’m the only one that deals with this or not.

I completed the daily set yesterday and today and it's still saying "Oh you missed a day, complete the daily set to start a new streak" but it's not restarting... So i think it might be bugged
