A pretty unique underground album with great production and solid vocals with fun instrumentation. One of the better albums of the year, highly recommend

Discussion It’s safe to say Boundaries has no bad albums
All of there stuff is solid and the band just seems to get better and better and meaner and nastier with each album but it’s still Boundaries while a lot of bands lose the edge Boundaries just keeps dialing it up

Do yourself a favor, buy tickets to the Paledusk tour.
Saw their first show in Sacramento this week, they were phenomenal. High energy, sounded great, and some of the most entertaining and talented live guitar playing I’ve ever seen.
Also Headwreck was also a great time. Tickets aren’t too expensive; I recommend!

Discussion Similar bands or albums to Hopesfall - The Satellite Years?
Huge Metalcore and PHC fan but have never found another band or album that scratches the itch this album does - aside from Hopesfall’s ep No Wings To Speak Of. Closest thing I’ve found is Poison The Well’s second and third albums.
Any recommendations?
Also keen to hear any recommendations for stuff like their later work, but that isn’t very Metalcore tbf
thanks!

Kingdom Of Giants - Virtue [2014] (lost audio)
Day 23 of posting KOG’s entire discography, in chronological order, to celebrate the upcoming 2026 album, Usurper.
THIS SONG WAS REMOVED FROM STREAMING BECAUSE OF THE SAMPLED AUDIO.
FUN FACT: THIS IS THE MOST STREAMED SONG FROM GROUND CULTURE (ON YOUTUBE/ EXCLUDING MUSIC VIDEO SONGS)
DANA WILLAX WAS FUCKING PUTTING EVERYTHING INTO THESE LYRICS.
LISTENING TO THIS ONE NOWADAYS HITS HARDER THAN EVER.
THERE IS NOT ONE ALBUM WITH LYRICAL CONTENT LIKE GROUND CULTURE.
MY DREAM IS TO BE 2014 DANA WILLAX.
Damn this song makes such an amazing interlude.
The opening speech and the lyrics push you and make you question if you’re living life to the fullest. Reminding you to stick to your guns and follow your dreams. You’re a man and not some computer bullshit.
I can’t believe this is still the same Kingdom Of Giants

Discussion Hot take but I think IRE by parkway drive is a great album
It was the first album by them I ever heard which means I'm lucky to not have nostalgia blindness twist my opinion on it. if it wasn't for horizon's it would be my favorite PWD album. IRE is also the last PWD album I've really fucked with and I want to know y'alls takes on the album

Discussion Hyperfixated Person Seeking Extremely Specific Hoodie From NO CURE
What up guys,
I want to welcome you to my seemingly endless quest of trying to find one of these hoodies or shirts. The tour it was sold at swung right around me in no man's land (Southern Oregon). I have harassed the band, only to then completely miss when they rereleased it on their website (would post pic but for some reason can't in this subreddit?)
If there is anyone out there, hearing my call into the endless void of wanting this hoodie who would be willing to sell me one in a 2XL or higher (oversized for life) just know you would be bringing life altering joy and extreme years long hyperfixation to a satisfying end for your humble friend here.
Willing to pay something dumb for one. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
[hoodie in question: Straight Edge Warfare Hoodie by NO CURE]

Discussion Since the Day - Lunar Eclipse
https://tidal.com/track/45366940/u
Any love for Since the Day?
This whole album rips. I remember it feeling more "black metal" back in the day - I think b/c of the verse vocals. Listening back, its clearly 2000s metalcore, but still a unique flavor: mature compositions and musicianship. Looking online there's almost zero mention of them (no youtube).
(Sorry if this violates post rules, I dont know how else to share them.)

Fox Lake has "Gut Check" and Filth has "Chin Check". What other body parts should metalcore bands tell us to check next?

Ómoia - Why Am I Like This? [2025] (FFO: Pupil Slicer, rozemary, Monochrome)
I just discovered Ómoia last night and they just released a new EP this month called What Lies Beneath and it's a banger. This song is from their 2025 EP, but it's what got me into them, this song instantly clicked with me. I hope a few others might enjoy it as much as me as well. Let me know what you think! (not affiliated with the band or anything, just a dude that loves music)
