I have to say that outside Merlina the two characters who have grown the most within the series thus far beyond Merlinda are Nerissa and Celia.

I mean within the two seasons Nerissa learned to let her guard down and try to enjoy regular teenage things when she is on land and even enjoys being with Sasha and Merlinda, but she was so serious and sticking to her role as royal guard in training in the first season even despite letting herself go and have some fun within both season. Honestly, they really had that easing up taken to up a bit given her slow crush on the show.

As for Celia...well Season 2 gave her a BIG upgrade so it is hard to say without everyone seeing it in their native lands.

I truly hope that there is more to come from this series as it is a bit more engaging to watch.

is it just me or does season 2 animation look kind of weird? its especially obvious in Merlinda and their eyes. its distracting

The second Season of Mermaid Magic is available now on NETFLIX in English, Italian, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish. Furthermore, the songs will now only be dubbed in English. In the post, the official account says that the second season will be released in more languages later. They also mentioned that this time it's split into two parts as Rainbow usually does with Winx seasons.

I got this Mermaid Magic figure as a free gift with a magazine based on the series and I opened it today. Despite its size, it’s very well made and I think it’s perfect for fans.

Is season 2 actually going to be released in other languages or not, because it is really very unclear

The German voice actresses from Season 1 have stated on social media that no order for dubbing the second season has been placed yet.. For an October release, work on the dubbed version would have had to start long ago 🥲 Either only the German dub has been canceled, or the international rollout of MermaidMagic will be significantly more limited for Season 2 in general

I think it's in Florida because of the map in General Orca's shack show's the Caribbean and Florida

What do think of a villain reminiscent of captain ahab in mermaid magic

it could be a intersting idea a villain in mermaid magic who is reminiscent of captain ahab from herman melville's moby dick

CAPTAIN AHAB is a fictional character and one of the protagonists in herman melville's moby dick (1851).he is the monomaniacal captain of the whaling pequod on a previous voyage the white whale moby dick bit of ahab's leg and he wears now a prosthetic leg made out of ivory the whaling voyage of the pequod ends up as a hunt for revenge on the whale, as ahab forces the crew members to support his fanatical mission. when moby dick is finally sighted, ahab's hatred robs him of all caution and the whale drags him to his death beneath sea and sinks the pequod

I mean since there's a coastal swamp maybe?

We all know queen corelia went missing, I think something happened, like she was cursed, and turned into tempestra. Here are my reasons: queen corelia's front hair things, with the multiple sections reminds me of tempestra similarly segmented hair. They both have similarly shaped long faces with high cheek bones. They both have a plant theme woven into their aesthetic. They are both voiced by Karen Strassman.

This may not be overwhelming evidence, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if, in the next season, we see a plot development along these lines
