A little random info about my life: I have no living relatives. I was born without a voice and can't speak at all. How are the cooler temperatures treating you? I went to a Death Cab show recently because emo's not a phase, and have gone on some pretty fantastic hikes lately. Finally made the transition from cold brew to hot coffee. I love this time of year and feel like I've been waiting all summer for the clouds to come back.

It's been hot and dry for what feels like an eternity, and I'm feeling anxiously excited to get outside with more frequency as things cool off. I've been into gravel biking since last fall, and am looking forward to putting in more miles and exploring local trails. I snuck out of work early, and just finished up a nice trail ride; got some great fall colors in the mix this week. And of course I promptly ruined the exercise by getting a pizza and beer on the way home. I have zero plans for the evening, and am hoping to find some good conversation while I doom scroll netflix looking for a good horror movie for tonight. Happily accepting recommendations.

I've been on my own pretty much since I graduated from college. Only one lasting friendship came from that but we're both terrible at keeping in touch with each other unless we find time to hang out in person. And lately I find that if anything interesting or mildly amusing happens, I just keep it to myself.

I don't consider myself as asocial. I don't mind at all engaging with other people. But I realize that I also haven't really tried to for a while. I think it's about time to change that.

I'm looking for someone to talk with. As everyone else here. Someone who feels like myself. Who wants to share what happens during the day. Who wants to learn about things we're unfamiliar with or bond over things that we both enjoy. Long term or even just for a little while. Not all paths are meant to go on forever, and I understand. But making them happen is just as appealing.

As far as what I like, it's the usual. Video games and movies. Mostly Nintendo stuff and some gacha games. I also like traveling a lot. So far I've only been able to do so inside my own country, but I hope to travel to many different places in the future.

I’m a gamer and play pretty much every genre. I’m on Xbox, PC, and Switch 2, and I also really enjoy Beat Saber on VR. Some favorite games are Fortnite, Kingdom Hearts, Anything Mario and Zelda, Call of Duty, Diablo, and basically anything fun i see in the xbox store and steam.

I’m also into D&D and board games/tcgs too, along with puzzles and book nooks when I’m in the mood for something a little more relaxing.

I love tv and movies of all genres and listen to pretty much all kinds of music. I’m also really big on nostalgia, especially anything from the 80s and 90s. My spotify playlist is all over the place.

I’ve been listening to the Dungeon Crawler Carl series on audiobook.

I’m not into 420 or drinking. You definitely don’t have to share every one of my interests—I’d rather find people who are easy to talk to, have a good sense of humor, can talk about random stuff, and actually want to build a friendship.
