I’m relocating and looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment at East Pass in Madison.

Rent and availability:

• $790/month + utilities
• Available October 30, 2026, with flexibility to move in earlier since I plan to leave before then. You’d only start paying rent in November.
• Lease runs through May 31, 2027
