How It Works
🎯 Points
3 Points (Correct Score) – You get the exact score (e.g. you say 3-0, it ends 3-0).
1 Point (Correct Result) – You get the right result eg Win, Draw or Lose but the wrong score (e.g. you say 3-0, we win 1-0).
1 Point (Correct Home Goals) - You guess the number of goals the home team scores (e.g you say 3-0, and it ends 3-1).
1 Point (Correct Away Goals) - You guess the number of goals the away team scores (e.g you say 3-1, and it ends 4-1).
3 Points (Goalscorer) – You guess the first goalscorer.
1 Point (Double Bonus) - Guessing the correct score and first goalscorer.
📋 Rules
Correct Score: You get 3 points for guessing the correct score plus 1 point each for guessing the Home and Away goals, so guessing the correct score gets you a total of 5 points.
Opening Goal: You can pick a player from either team to score first, as it's the opening goal that counts.
Own Goals: If the first goal of the match is an own goal, the next player to score counts for the points.
Goalless Draws: If you predict 0-0, put "No Goalscorer" as your player. If the match finishes without any goals, you will get the 3 points for the score plus the 2 points for predicting no goalscorer!
90-Minute Rule: For cup knockout matches, all predictions are based on the score at 90 minutes plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count.
Postponed Matches: If a match is called off, predictions for that week are cancelled and we will re-predict when the rescheduled game takes place.
Tie-Breaker: If players finish level on total points at the end of the season, the player who predicted the most correct scores will be the winner!

Ellen White made it four, tapping in Chloe Kelly's cross. Houghton then fired home a free kick from 25 yards in the 61st minute for her second of the match. Brighton's Rianna Jarrett pulled one back in the 70th minute, but just two minutes later, after several assists, Kelly finally got her goal to make it 6-1. Question First time going to the Joie, anything I need to know?
I’m going to watch City Vs PSG in the champions league. This will actually be my first women’s match so I’m extremely excited and taking my young daughter who has got the football bug since the World Cup. Any tips that come in handy or is it plain sailing and just enjoy the night?

Whilst it's international break I thought I'd share my journal to commemorate last season - these are some of my favourite spreads so far!
Please ignore any mistakes you see, I'm a recovering perfectionist and sometimes my hand moves before my brain lol.
Most of the images are from the programmes so it's a 2-in-1 project of helping me declutter. Has anyone else done something similar?

Comeback Queens and Hemp heroics: City's Arsenal triumph in numbers
Some great stats in here!
Casparij's equaliser came just 70 seconds after she came off the bench - the fastest goal by a City substitute in WSL history, surpassing the previous record held by Toni Duggan since April 2016 by a single second.
Ayaka Yamashita had to make seven saves - the most by a City goalkeeper in a WSL game since Ellie Roebuck in December 2019.
There were only 66 hours and 39 minutes between the final whistle going at the Joie Stadium in the 1-1 draw with Real Madrid and kick-off at the Etihad against Arsenal.
