Hi Lowell! I’ve been building an outdoor Halloween art installation called Not Dead Yet, and it opens tonight after 5:30pm. It has giant skeletons, pine trees, and a three-act story about the climate. It’s spooky but ends on a hopeful note.

It’s at 59 Geana Ln, at East Merrimack St. It’s free and you can see it anytime, but it’s best after dark. QR codes on site link to the story at notdeadyet.earth. Please view from your car or the edge of the property on Geana St. There’s no sidewalk. And please keep a close eye on children as it's 30 seconds to the river.

Any tenants have neighbors whose kids sleep in living room and cry at all hours of the night and your bedroom is on the other side bc they don't have enough beds?

During the day they blast music w the bass low shaking my apartment. Animals that live here

Murdermart is a great local alternative/pop/rock act ala Twenty One Pilots, The 1975, etc. We’re all about discovering new music so we encourage you to come check this one!

ISO a laundromat that will clean designer purses. I already tried Brite-cleen in Dracut, no luck :( it is made of many different materials, so I can’t go to a cobbler.

It’s been about a month since I been hearing helicopter noise especially at south Lowell now this the first time I heard it at belvidere. Maybe I’m just being paranoid but as anyone been hearing the same thing or have a clue on what’s going on?

If you haven’t seen, Boston Music Awards release their 2026 nominees, there’s some great Lowell representation this year. Yes, Taffeta Music Hall is in the best venue over 250 capacity, but Lowell Festival Foundation and Lowell Folk Fest have been recognized as well as the incredibly talented Dom The Composer. I have to imagine there are more that we aren’t aware of. Please shout out any Lowell connected nominees below and be sure to go vote! Let’s get keep growing and supporting the arts in Lowell!

Hello!

Hoping someone can point me to a local seller for a baby blanket either crochet or knit. I went to the Chelmsford farmers market yesterday looking for the woman I bought one from a little while back but she was not there.

Rehash is a shoegaze / indie rock act from Florida that's generated a good size followings. We're excited to host them tomorrow (Monday 10/19) with The Flooks and Sundots, with local act Lovewell. We know Monday's can be tough, but if you're into this type of music, this is one of those bands that you should see. You may not get to see them in a small room like ours again!

Just this entitled old white lady double parking and blocking the entire street downtown and not giving a shit if anyone is inconvenienced so she can go into the pizza place.

Was there easy on street parking within walking distance? Absolutely.

These people suck and I hope she gets the day she voted for.
